Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Modern hotel, good rooms, very quiet. Good gym facilities. We had a good stay for a week. Close to the S lines, easy transfer to airport.

IndiaI expected the usual holiday inn quality from this hotel. Our standard queen room had a number of problems, the shower head would not be fixed on its stand. The bathroom did not have ventilation as the result of which the entire room would be full of steam whenever we took a shower. Worst was that there was a dirty hand towel hanging in the bathroom rail before our arrival and remained there even after room service after our first night. The receptionist lady was kind and tried to fix the issues for us to no avail. She ultimately gave us a business suite for our last night. The suite was well and good. Our sleep the next day was interrupted at 6 am by a service staff who could not speak a word of English or even German. I am still unable to explain why we were woken up at that hour. The problem with this hotel is the service staff ( room and estate) don't seem to have a set standard to follow. It may also be that there aren't enough of them over the weekends. The staff in the bar/ restaurant and reception are nice and kind and do their best to help.
The hotel is located in a good part of Munich and within walking distance to the centre of the city.

The location is good. The room is a good size. 3 minutes walk to the metro and 4 stops to the central station. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and 1 km walk to the city center. The environment is nice and safe to walk around.

AustraliaWe didn't have breakfast included in our stay so when we decided to add it for one day it was 62 euros for two! So be warned if you do the same!
The hotel staff were super nice and very helpful. The room was clean, although on the small side. We had booked a king room but for some reason we were downgraded to a queen room which was smaller. Hotel has a bar and restaurant with a small menu selection.
