We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Germany- It is not really soundproof room, early morning you can heard the sound of vehicule, if you are on 2md floor you could here some room when they are flushing the toilet 🤣 or even their conversation 🤦♂️ luckily when i extended my stay i have gone more up to the 4th floor which was okay. Noisy air conditioned. - Restaurant is too pricy better eat outside. - Not too many variety for breakfast. - Pillow was not comfy at all.
The bar was okay, lounge is nice and clean, Mostly housekeepig staff was from Goergia i think but very nice. There eco-friendly room card.Bed Matress was comfy, large bathroom.The reception lady was kind to let me stay 30mins during more during checkout as my driver was late.

GeorgiaThe towels seemed to be a bit old. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, but there was an empty bottle of water which could be refilled with cold water in the hall, on the same floor.
The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable (everything was working perfectly). The location was good, quiet place and very close to bus station to go almost anywhere from there, although its quite close to the centre by foot. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

NetherlandsVery standard breakfast for a 4* hotel (one coffee machine in the whole breakfast aera?) Low ceilings in the hallways. Noisy stay due to slamming doors (why do hotels not have a solution for this?) and the 1990 concrete building. The empty bottle on the room is for filling up at the waterstation in the hallway. After filling there was foam on the water. Soap/Shampoo in the bathroom was supposingly "green" and good for the environment; therefore a horrible smell.
Excellent location. Walking distance to the city centre. Free (outside) parking at the hotel (limited places available) The rooms are cosy equipped.

PolandMissing extra towels for the pool and sauna. Additional towels should be provided either to the room, to the pool changing room or at the reception desk. Room is missing a small fridge. Also breakfast offers scrambled eggs that are made from egg powder and the food quality is below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Restaurant only opens at 17.00 and is not open every day - was closed on the day of our arrival.
Comfortable bed, room size, clean bathroom, nice sauna and pool area, helpful staff. Perfect location of the hotel. Easy and available public parking on the street for 6 euro per 24h. Our room had 2 windows and both could be opened which was fantastic.

interior both in the foyer and in the room. As if nothing special from the outside, but very cute inside. The bathroom also has hair conditioner and body balm. The pool is a cool plus to end the day. Bar - very delicious cocktails.

We've stayed 2 times to this hotel and it's the perfect stay in Lubeck for us. The hotel is easy to reach by car, the garage parking might be a little narrow and sometimes full, but it offers a good parking. The room was comfy and spacious and extremely clean. We like that is dog-friendly and has a breakfast buffet included.
