Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIn the morning , there was a rude staff member named Catia made a scene asking me for my room number in front of the entire seating area while waiting for a seating place. In addition, in a completely separate incident the same lady was collecting pancakes for other tables and told my husband that although he is standing next in the queue he needs to wait because she needs to take a pancake to another family. The breakfast is self-service so I’m a bit concerned as to why staff get preference for other guests. This kind of staff related issues needs to be addressed. It’s quite disappointing.
Great value for money. Reception staff were really amazing. Helped 24/7. In addition, they willing helped and the rooms were as described.

PakistanLittle of place if you don't have convience. No restaurant in the hotel. So to reach a decent eating place always have to walk 10 - 15 minutes. And no mini bar in room if you wish to bring your own food !!
Hotel is very neat clean and modern. Have many workstations where you can plug in your devices to work. Breakfast is excellent. Alone breakfast can be a reason to choose this hotel !!! Comfy bed with best duvet and pillows

LatviaWe found a Primestar group flyer in the room saying the hotel will plant a tree if we opt out of cleaning for the whole duration of the stay. Ok -- so we opted out at reception desk (we had a feeling it was the first time employee saw that flyer). Ok, so we got a QR-code to plant our tree (yay!). Then, a few days later we come back to our room tidied and made up. So what's the point in opting out then?
Our experience in the hotel has been great all through our stay. The check in process - effortless. Free breakfast - great variety and quality food. I wouldn't call the room spacious, but it is enough and has everything one might need. Since parking space is quite limited around the hotel, we appreciated the underground parking possibility (at extra cost).

NetherlandsThe hotel is located in a shady part of Dusseldorf. I wouldn't walk there at night. It is near a subway stop which we used going to the city and the train station.
The free breakfast was a good addition and there's a lot to choose from. Everything is clean and well thought of. You can even make coffee and tea in the room. Very comfortable.

BelgiumDisappointed in the breakfast. It's really nice that it is included for every stay. But there aren't enough room to fit everyone and you end up trying to snatch the first table that frees up despite it being extremely dirty and full of used dishes from the previous people eating there. The breakfast itself offers a wide variety of food and drinks, and while it's not the best food i've eaten, it was more than correct for a free breakfast.
Clean and comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, hotel has a really nice location, close to tram and train stations. Hotel parking is not free but we easily found free parking really close. Quiet at night. Staff is kind and helpful.

ArmeniaIf there are three of you staying in the same room, once the sofa bed is open, there is no space to move there. The staff at the reception working at night shift was not supportive at all and was not able to speak English well. When we entered the room, the sofa bed was already open (means they knew three people were going to stay there), however, there were only two towels, mugs, and everything in the room.
The hotel was within a walking distance from Central Station but quite far from the old town. The breakfast was decent and tasty with lots of options, however pretty much the same was offered every day. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

It was a last minute booking of 3 rooms. We were able to stay in close by rooms which was great. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I needed toothbrush/ toothpaste and a razor and staff were able to provide it for me without additional charge. I’m not sure of the location because I’m not familiar with an area at all. The complimentary breakfast buffet was phenomenal!! I would deffinastay there again!!
