You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Ukraine1. Strange lighting system in the room. Unfortunately, until the end of my stay, I still didn’t figure out where the switches were. LOL. 2. There is not always staff at the reception desk. As I understand it, this is more of a restaurant than a hotel. The hotel there is like an addition to the restaurant. Perhaps that's why. 3. Not very comfortable shower stall. A little tight for a large person. 4. Not all staff speak English. At 10 am the cleaning lady knocked on the room. I didn’t want to open it, but she knocked persistently, so I ended up leaving and still didn’t understand what she wanted. I think the towels should be changed, but I'm not sure. Since she didn’t know English, and I only know a couple of sentences in German.
Cozy small hotel in the center of the commune. There is also a restaurant in the building. There is free parking. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I was left with a pleasant impression. The only strange thing is that they take payment not before checking into the room, but upon check-out. This surprised me)

Wonderful hotel and staff. The best location in town. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Although the building from the outside has the charming Fachwerk look, it's completely renovated inside. All modern amenities you need, very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was spectacular, local ingredients, variety and quality. The staff was great! I'll definitely be back.

Czech RepublicStudios/apartments are ordinary rooms. There is no kitchen, fridge or kettle in them. When I asked about the equipment of the studios/apartments jus after boking, the hotel replied that kitchens and refrigerators are in all the studios/apartments I ordered, even though this equipment is not in the description. Only one of the apartments had a kitchen and a refrigerator. Call ordinary rooms like apartments and studios is at least misleading. Internet speed was very low.
