We were greeted by the manager with a smile and felt immediately welcome. Slept very well as it is very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. Hotel is a bit older with a "cat theme" which we found amusing. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant is superb. We had relatives staying in Strasbourg and we drove them to the hotel for dinner as the quality and value for money is so much better than over the border.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet position with free parking beside it; the structure has a very nice atmosphere and the staff is polite and available; I appreciated the quietness of the room and the ambience of the dining hall: the breakfast has been very nice. I advise it to all kind of travellers; very good ratio price-service.

The hotel is quite pricy for the quality provided.

We were very keen to stay in this hotel in Schwarzwald, which is in the quite village, where you can relax far away from noise. The room was big, and clean, and have a nice breakfast.

The heat: careful when booking in summer. There is no airconditioning, no fridge (too cool drinks when on a roadtrip for the next day) and the room's only window and balcony door were part of a shared balcony with two other rooms so didn't feel safe travelling alone (F) to keep these open at night. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower almost impossibly small.

Great location, cute village, not too far from highway. Friendly personnel!

The restaurant was closed on Easter evening. Not ideal after driving for most of the day...

The hotel is located in a small and quiet village 10 minutes by car from Kehl. Our 2 double rooms were nicely furnished - although different in style - and extremely clean. Any request was timely and satisfactory addressed by the staff.
