Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe room walls were quite worn out, which took a bit away from the rest of the decor. A bit disappointed that the so called “mountain view” had a main road in between right next to the hotel with lots of cars. Also found breakfast to be on the expensive side.
The location was great. Close to the border and with a considerable amount of restaurants nearby, which can be great after a long travel (thumbs up for mentioning them in the elevator and for the pizza restaurant). Although it’s located just outside a main road/high-way, it’s quite a relaxed area. The hotel decor is quite quirky and fun, the rooms are ok for an overnight stay and the bathroom was nice. People were also friendly and helpful at the reception.

The rooms were modern, quiet, spacious and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a lot to choose from and everything was fresh and restocked often.

SwitzerlandWe only didn't like the coffee. Breakfast was great, a lot of options but as coffee addicted we did/t enjoy the flavour of the coffee, too watery and too weak.
Close to the highway, everything was perfect, room and bathroom decent size and has everything we needed for 1 night. Comfortable bed. Our room\s window was facing the highway but the isolation was just amazing. Couldn't hear a thing. The whole hotel is quite and staff super friendly. Good breakfast.

HungaryThat the hotel is charging a parking fee from the hotel guests even if this more like a public area without any protection. Nevertheless we had a good time there.
The hotel was a good base for my meetings in the surrounding area and as it was also close to Salzburg and the motorway you can everything very fast. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too.

Access to the train station that goes to berchtesgaden. The staff were very nice and accommodating too, after I checked out I still wanted to see one more sight so asked if I could leave my bags there and pick them up in the afternoon and they made it work. Had a great day hiking because of them!
