The hotel is very well located and the rooms are nicely laid out and have all amenities including drinks and some snacks as part of the room . The staff , especially Luca was kind, helpful and is a gem to have at the front desk receiving guests.

The gym was subpar in terms of equipment quality and variety, but the stand-alone location of the gym in the hillside garden was breathtaking. Additionally the surrounding community offered ample opportunities for engaging in physical fitness outdoors. Parking is a challenge, but the facility has adopted a satisfactory compromise.

Breakfast was delicious, varied, and allowed for healthful eating. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The location is among the most desirable in Heidelberg. We cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. This was an absolute treat!

My suite is a pretty large one but with only air-conditioned unit, located at a corridor closer to the bedroom. As such, the living room, which is furthest away from the unit, gets a bit too warm, especially as I was staying during summer time. Generally, the hotel is very clean, but the staff needs to watch out on the cleanliness of the gym - probably not as frequently attended to as it is not highly utilised by guests. Finally, some of the suites can only be accessed after getting through staircases, as such one needs to inform any mobiliy restrictions to the staff during reservation (though it is not an issue for me).

Beautifully fitted out and decorated common area and rooms. The suite I booked turned out to be bigger than I expected, and more importantly is very cozy and comfortable, especially the bed. The suite also has balcony with a stunning view of the river and Hiedelberg's old town from across the river. It even has a gym and an outdoor jacuzzi with lovely views located at the higher elevation of the hotel backyard. Because the property is located across the river from the old town, generally it is quieter as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the tourists. Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes away on foot from the main bridge that gets you to the old town. The staff are genuinely friendly & informative - Luca is very efficient & accommodative, while Sofie is always welcoming. They kindly arranged for a pick-up from another small village I was at prior to the stay and the arrangement was hassle-free.

I use ear plug and a noise machine but would have been a little loud without. Parking can be a bit tricky but the staff is eager to accomodate so it works out fine.

Elaborate and cozy suite located at a wonderful place of the old town which near by the Neckar River. The interior design is amazing. All the staff were friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed being here as the first stop of our family’s summer trip in this country. Will definitely come back in the future!

I called in advance to get informed about and make sure I book the right room/suite (all we cared about was the river view) and ended up choosing the junior suite because I was promised "the best of the best view". I think the only options with an actual good river view might be the penthouse/panorama room (which we were not told on the phone) if at all, because we had practically no view of the river from our room. It could be that none of the suites have the view? Our suite was in the building further back from the river, as opposed to the reception building (closer to the river and blocking our building). I assume the penthouse/panorama are in the reception building but I can't know for sure. I just wish we were told any of this on the phone, it was disappointing walking into the suite and expecting "the best of the best" then only seeing walls. I would still give this place a 10. When we come here next time (which we are), we'll try the panorama or prestige or whatever it is that has an actual river view...!

Staff were very accommodating. Location and atmosphere of this place are virtually unmatched! Breakfast was great, staff had no problem delivering it to the suite and were right on time. Jacuzzi was really nice in sunny weather and private setting (private garden) and the pleasant staff were very accommodating in preparing it for us and, honestly, in all of our wishes they were just very helpful. This is mostly aimed towards being a residence (long-term stays), and despite the fact that we only stayed there for one night, the stay/staff were impeccable. The residents of the place that we ran into were pleasant and chill. There were some nice supercars parked in the lot which I assume belonged to them.

The most amazing location on the river across from the castle and old town. The view was awe inspiring. Upon checkin the staff were so accomodating and helpful and not only sat with us to make us feel welcome they went out of their way making reservations and finding us places to eat and visit. The suite we had was luxuriuously appointed and very comfortable. The included no-cost mini-bar was stocked full of local and typical snacks and drinks for us every day.

Great location and wonderful staff! Front desk staff was exceptional! The view from our room was amazing, and the room was very clean and well maintained, we will be back!
