Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The location is great , a few minutes walk from the tram to the center and train to the aeroport. Very nice park nearby, supermarkets and a local restaurant all few minutes walk. Relaxed neighborhood. A green garden in the hotel. Will visit again.

There is no downside to the hotel. Everything was perfect.

It’s not close to Altstadt if someone looks for very central location. There is no kettle in the room which might be a problem for some (I had my own so not an issue for me at all)

The hotel is located in a very green and calm area. There is a park just next to it, public transport is also very close as well as streets with restaurants (max. 15 min walk). Staff is extremely polite and kind (looks like they love what they do!). The breakfast is delicious and the cosy atmosphere in the room makes you feel like home. I also appreciate the voucher you can get instead of room cleaning - wonderful approach!

Excellent breakfast buffet with several hot items. Quiet room overlooking a wonderful garden. Ask for rooms ending 4 and 5. Exremely good staff that go above and beyond their duty to make you feel comfortable.

The room next door is a little bit noisy.

Good beds, pillow is a little bit soft. Location near by underground station just 5 min walk. And within 10 min in citycentre of dusseldorf. Ask at the reception for transportation tickets. Also could park car in hotel garage €12 a day. Nice and helpful staff, definitely will save this hotel.

The hotel is nice and well located but if at leat in our experience the best thing of the hotel is the stuff. Very helpful and caring. They went ahead of our requests and solved them all. Hay add a human touch to the place which let's you be more relaxed.

The Tv could be better, but didn't bother me

Its basically a very clean, comfy, nice classic hotel. The staff is freindly and the bfast is great. Was suprisingly spacious for an individual room. I general, the design of this place is to make you feel at home and comfy. Well done

Very friendly reception, carpark is next door, we could pick up the key at reception and drive in immediately, from the carpark there is direct access to the hotel. At check in we were offered free public transport tickets for Dusseldorf city, the tram stop is 2 minutes walk. Breakfast was fabulous, and the homemade cookies available at reception are delicious

I’ve been on the road for over two months and this hotel has been the best I’ve stayed in. Absolutely everyone was very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the bedroom has a vintage chic feel to it, very comfortable with a really nice bathtub. the pool area was the best part, big pool, water temperature was great, comfy pool side chairs. has a minibar but no kettle. the location was great too, there’s a grocery store and a nice park close by. convenient for public transportation.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although they would have provided them if I’d asked.

Spacious clean rooms (our room for three was huge!), beautiful gardens and swimming pool, fantastic breakfast with such a huge choice and friendly staff especially Mark on reception who made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and smiley. Great location for getting the tram into Düsseldorf and only a five minute walk to family. We’d definitely stay again.
