The hotel location is nice to close asian area and train station.

Reservation system not great. Been there numerous times but check in is always like the first time ever when you don't book directly via the hotel group which we don't. Other hotel groups do that better when systems recognise customer names, billing addresses, room preferences

Outside of Hotel is dirty -I understand that the public cannot be controlled for there actions but pets poo is prevalent as dog owners walk there pets and allow them to mess with the adherence to poop and scoop -Perhaps more visible signage can help educate the public as its unpleasant and you can step into the mess

The price of the parking

The staff is great, the breakfast was also super nice. The kids enjoyed the pancake machine very much 😅 The rooms were calm, clean and they accept dogs!

Beds were not wide enough to sleep easily with 2 in 1 bed. You need to travel (which is easy by metro) to the Old Town for entertainment.

The Hotel met all expectations. Good and extended breakfast, clean rooms and close to the station to take metro and train for easy travel to the Old Town and other interesting locations. We had a nice stay.

Internet speed sucks I mean you can’t ever open an webpage easily we asked the receptionist and they said all they can do was reset the router , which they did and nothing happened

A tiny thing: the only hook in the bathroom was broken hence a problem to hang your towel (room 233 - if I remember it right - in front of the elevator on the second floor) 🙂

Very good hotel representing the network very well. Things to enphase are the location and the reception desk personnel - both perfect. The hotels also very clean and the breakfast is really satisfying.

A no frills hotel so no amenities, etc. I think what I missed was water, there was no water even on day one, that should change. The only other thing I “minded” was there check in time which was 3 pm!

Very good location, almost next door to the train and underground. Lots of shops and cafes/restaurants around. I had read it was a dangerous neighbourhood but it was fine, yes there were some homeless and drunks around but which city centre aren’t there. The room itself was small but then it’s a budget hotel so what does one expect? But it was very well managed space wise so it was easy to move around and we even managed to fit our suitcases. The staff were extremely helpful from storing our luggage when we arrived before check in time, to guiding us on how to get around to helping me find the right places and shops to shop at.

Free wi-fi doesn't work. Very slow and not stable. You cannot use this for business. Every few minutes you have to connect in order to surf the web.

Good breakfast and very good position to the Train Station. You can reach easily every area of the town. By the S11 train you can go to the airport in only 12 minutes and the train station is only 80 metres from the hotel.

Pop music in the breakfast room should be switched off or replaced by classical or chill out music. Make the check in experience better by having guest data ready in the system no matter if Hilton Honours or not
