We weren't sure what to do with cards after online check-out, when we got out of the apartment and were discussing to leave them in the apartment because we didn't see any notice about it. However, when we got down (near the entrance in the building) we realized that we should just drop them in the slot in the table where we picked up the cards in the first place

Everything went smoothly, instructions were clear - from online check-in to getting the room key (card) in person (there was staff present, as well). Great location, modern, clean apartment with everything you might need, even a hair dryer

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, with cozy restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!

No air conditioning, but it was not a big problem as they had a ventilator and the weather wasn't that hot, also the street was a bit noisy so in the mornings, if sleeping with an open window, it's kind of an unplanned alarm for sensitive sleepers :)

Very modern, clean apartment, easy check-in and check-out. Got everything we needed for our 4 day trip. All the communication (U-bahn, tram, bus) lines are at a 5 min walking distance. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around the place as well. When we had questions or requests the staff was very welcoming, communicated quickly through the booking app.

We had to ask for bedding for the second bed (sofa bed) and this wasn’t made up for us, we were just given duvet, sheets, pillows and pillow cases to make up ourselves. We had to use the fan all night as it was so hot (an exceptional heat wave) and it was covered in dust and hadn’t been cleaned. Everything else was spotless.

It would be great if they had aircon in the rooms but I still Appreciated the fan they offered. Also, the floor mat gets soaked, next time I’d ask the cleaners for another floor Mat.

Extremely modern facilities. Our room was ample size for the two of us. Our friends booked a room. Loved the co-working space which had air con too. Really appreciated the fan they provided us in the room. As we passed the cleaners, we asked them for more toilet paper and they were very kind.

Location - very nice, clean, residential neighborhood. 10-15 minute from English garden, and a short 5-10 min public transportation ride from the old town (20-30 minute walk) Very contemporary and well decorated - nice furniture, clean, and beautiful place Seamless checkin and checkout, with a comfortable lobby and kitchen area.

Possible to provide an iron in the rooms? And the 'rules' (towels, laundry, toilet paper) should be more clearly displayed in the app, or the rooms.

The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Check-in system might be a bit glitchy. But the staff are there to help. Lovely spacious rooms with all amenities. Super-comfortable beds too. It's very close to the U-Bahn, and about 20 minutes away from the centre. Located in a lovely quite area with lots of good restaurants in the vicinity.

During our stay the weather in Munich was really hot, and unfortunately, there is no air conditioner in the room. We were aware of it, but it would be great to find some solution for it in the future.

The property located in a very magnificent location, with close distance to city centre or English garden. The apartment that we got was really clean and comfortable, it had all necessary things to make your stay pleasant, coffee, tea, water. The building itself is very beautiful, it has coworking space where you can work, or area where you can just sit and read a book.

The rooms were very hot (no A/C in the rooms), ideally would have liked a fan to be available in the room at check in but this had to be requested on day 2 (after we saw a fan was available in a separate room)

Great hotel for a long stay / work trip (which was different to our reason of travel). Individual studio type rooms, washing machine facilities in the basement and a co-working space on the ground floor really allow you to be flexible with the space provided.

Clean, modern, great design, good location, self-serve, bed with soft mattress, kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher. Shower had very good pressure. Good ventilator.

Our rooms were not available at 15:00. Self check-in failed without reasonable error message. I called to customer service to find out that our rooms were not cleaned yet. Fortunately the rooms were made available roughly 20 minutes after the call.

Small gripe - would be better to give a small pan so that two items can fit on the small hob which was barely possible. Think this place is probably great in winter. In summer when we visited however it was very very hot. The fan given was nowhere near enough to keep minimally cool. Air con is expensive so if no such ventilation system can be managed in the building then at least a ceiling fan or something much stronger as it made sleeping difficult on a hot night.

Great facilities in the room in terms of cooking things. Hob, dishwasher, the studio XS was perfectly adequate for me and my daughter. There was soap and dishwasher tablet and even a small lavazza coffee pack which was so appreciated. Location good as near metro and area was fine.

Everything super close. Especially by underground. Area is surrounded by cafes and lively neighborhood. Staff were super accommodating especially with check in and check out.

HApato had everything we’d hoped for. It more than delivered on cleanliness, room layout and facilities. The shower was amazing! The bed was firm but comfy. Location was perfect. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out and the staff were super friendly when we needed them. 🤩

The room is super clean and have all equipment that we need for living for a couple of weeks. Location is nice, close to the subway and bus station. There is a supermarket nearby that could get the grocery. Not facing to the main street so it is very quiet.

My kitchen did not have a sponge or brush to wash dishes but I always forgot to ask staff about it. I used the dishwasher also. No AC might be a problem for some people, it was very hot in July (26-30°C) and hard to cool the room with the fan, even it was big, Some street noise, I used earplugs.

Very clean and modern, short walk to public transport. Nice walk in restaurants in the neighbourhood. I chose it because of it's proximity to Olympia park so I could walk back after a concert (35 min). My room was a small studio with one bed for 2 persons, kitchen, shower, good closet and more.
