No air conditioning in the rooms.

Excellent location, near Leopoldstrasse and just a short walking distance to the U-bahn. The rooms were well furnished, though it would have been nice if they had air conditioning. The staff was also extremely helpful, they were eager to assist with everything from procuring taxis to navigating the facilities.

Modern and clean facilities, the kitchen in the room had everything you need. The location was close to a metro station and the area around was quiet and had some nice cafes too.

Mattress topper too soft, therefore sleep not great. Toilet paper in toilet at arrival. 5 ironing boards, but ZERO irons available, in the common cleaning supplies area. Therefore no ironing possible. Problematic for a business traveler.

Ultra modern. Rooms equipped with everything you need for a mid term stay. Generally a cool concept.

There is no reception means no receptionist, my friend arrived earlier than me and could not enter the room as there was nobody who could assist her. (They send you codes to enter just before arrival by email, but I was flying and there was no reception for data / wifi, I could not get in touch with my friend in advance.)

The location was superb, close enough to all amenities, shops and transport. The design of the spaces and the co-work areas were large and comfortable with great WiFi. The staff were amazing and very hospitable!

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on our part. We had apparently booked a small two-person studio apartment (18 m2), which we found too small for our liking. It was a bit awkward for the second person to climb into bed (bed access from one side only), there were no night stands and only one bed lamp (on one side of the bed). However, the staff of Hapato was very keen on accommodating our needs, they were so considerate that this made up 100% percent for the small discomfort.

The property is very well located (Schwabing) and really close to a metro stop (only four stops away from the main station). The studio apartments are very modern, clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom even has floor heating. Most noticeably, the staff of the property was very friendly and welcoming! We had some issues checking in (late at night), and the staff was easy to reach (we called them), very patient and helpful! 11/10 for the staff!

The room was a bit small for two people, but in a city with a housing problem like Munich, you can’t expect much space either I guess.

The apartment was very well located and equipped. The building had a pretty convenient common area for working and chilling. Check in was pretty straight forward and automated. But by far the best thing was a good value for money, specially in Munich and for the area it was located in.

For the cost of the stay, the size of the room and the selection of furnishings were appropriate, and the room itself was very clean and nice. There were only thick curtains on the windows, so it would have been nice to have another thin lace curtain to keep the outside view out. As a Japanese, it would have been better if there had been a bathtub, but that might be too much to expect. The staff were very good, and when there was a problem, they were excellent in dealing with the guests.

Hot water was not working for one morning but the management addressed the problem very quickly.

The ventilation and temperature control could be better. I'm not taking any points for it as the weather outside was mild and allowed us to keep the window open. But with a different weather it could be hot and stifling in the room

Very nice, fresh and clean studio. Small but with absolutely everything we needed for our short stay. Everything is in perfect order, streamlined, modern and works. For our plans in Munich the location was absolutely perfect. The neighbourhood itself is very nice, understated bourgeois style, quiet, but with great amenities and transport links. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel

Mostly everything was great. It's a bit pricey, but that's Munich. The garbage facilities didn't have a place for recycling other than paper, but that was not a huge deal. One of the washing machines wasn't working right.

Super clean, very comfortable. The downstairs lounge is spacious and comfortable for all kinds of uses. Check-in was smooth and easy with clear instructions. WiFi was strong. Free laundry facilities onsite and lots of cleaning supplies.

The room smells of cigarettes the moment we entered. And the next day, the corridor also smells of cigarettes. And sleeping area has no lights, will be better if there are lights that are not spotlight near the bed

The location is very good, in an area that is safe and easy to find. It also has induction stove which is convenient.
