There was a hot water pipe that went through the full length of the wall directly beside a bed. It was really hot and felt like the heater was on the whole night for the person who slept there. In my opinion, it's way too expensive and absolutely not worth this price currently.

It's a bit outside, but absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great check-in via the key-machines and the code we received upfront. Room was a bit small for three people but okay, nothing to say about it.

Stuff at the reception desk was unfriendly, I’ve received 4 messages in German before I came (i don’t speak German), payment before spending the night. Weak WiFi , the room 321 is not quiet because there is a tableoutside just by the window

I had room on half basement. It's okay for one night but the pipes next to my window wasn't nice...I could hear every splash of somebody's toilet. I would like to sleep with opened window but it was not possible.

It was perfect!

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location. We had booked in for an overnight stay on our return journey from Poland to the UK. We would have happily stayed onger had we known it was such a lovely place with a boating theme. There are excellent facilities which we sadly didn't have time to use. Our balcony room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Lovely terrace & balcony to enjoy a beer and admire the views. A real gem and we would recommend very highly.

Cleanliness was poor. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and there were food remains on the floor in the room

Friendly receptionist and good flexibility in terms of check-out time. As the hotel wasn't full, we were allowed to stay in the room until mid-afternoon

This guy at reception was so unpolite i can't imagine. He was repeating all the time. What is wrong with you why are you using booking com. You have no brain or something.... Wasn't able to stand up to show me where the key is. Guy like this shouldn't work with people. His company can for sure confirm it. She seemed to be embarrassed as well

very small rooms, we got the one on the beginning of the aisle that everyone has to pass in order to get to their rooms. There was a wedding going on... not a quiet night. Very small room and bathroom. Two beds/matresses next to each other with big gap in between. We tried to change the room but got laughed at with the response "we are fully booked".

I did not get what I expected. Especially the "Gästehaus" feels more like a former garage that was converted into storage units with bathrooms, and things were either missing (shampoo, nightstand, power outlets next to the bed or table), mediocre (cleanliness, super narrow bed), or broken (sliding shower doors, shower head, self check-in).

With few options in the immediate area (i.e., not as 'far' away as Potsdam or Berlin), it is nice that there is a hotel and restaurant in Falkenrehde.

There were only 2 staff members I conversed with. Only one spoke a little English. The pillow was terrible, lumpy and useless. The breakfast on Saturday was terrible as they kept running out of food/ drinks/ cups/glasses/ coffee. 10 Euro was too much for breakfast. We came by train to Wustermark and only one bus every 2 hours to the hotel. Same on Saturday to Potsdam.

The food was good, but fairly pricey. The lady helping out with breakfast was very friendly despite being stressed and run off her feet.. Got the impression they were short staffed/ she was over-worked. Twin Room was ok. There are 3 locations for sleeping. The main house has the double rooms; 2 out-houses have the twin/single rooms. Guest House one is adjacent to the main room, so noise from the traffic was a bit disturbing.
