The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included in the initial cost and then asking for 36 Euros each for 3 of us would have been very expensive.

The room card didn’t allow you to be able use the lift properly as you had to scan the room card to use the lift but his did not work, others had the same issue

2 nights out of my 3 night stay they were not able to fix my shower which had leaking tubes and was partially not working. No slippers were available at the time I was there and even had to ask for tissues because that was also missing in my room. Also found a used hair brush under the bed, where they did not clean for years.

Spa area was included and pretty large and well maintained Beds, sheets and towels are tidy and clean

We considered breakfast very expensive, so did not have it at the hotel. Bought supplies from a nearby supermarket. Eg yogurt and juice.

It had a small shop with a few essentials, which could have been handy. They had face washers. A good shower.

If I had to criticize something, it was the cleanliness of the room - dirty sheets and stains on the mirror. It would also be nice if hotel guests had a discount on parking. :)

I was surprised that the hotel did not have a higher rating. Spacious garages with plenty of space. Very nice environment, large room, comfortable bed, sufficient equipment. Beautiful wellness with a large pool and very nice staff, a beautiful large fitness center. Very good food in the restaurant and breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, I give 10 points for them. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Lack of coordination. Front desk had confirmed that Spa would be open till 22:00 also on Good Friday. But then it closed at 21:00. Also, no towels at Spa (because of “high demand”)

The only disappointment was it is listed as having a hot tub. That is the reason we booked the stay. We wanted to relax a soothe our sore muscles from all the walking we did all week. What they said was a hot tub, as just a whirlpool in the center of the pool, so it wasn’t warm at all and the jets were broken.

The room was very large and comfortable. It felt like upscale vintage. Lots of closet space!

Parking situation strained - underground parking relatively expensive. The lift from the underground to reception very narrow - hotel luggage trolley barely fits.

Housekeeping sucks - they do the minimum. I stayed there 5 days and they barely cleaned the bathroom or gave new towels. I had to beg for an extra body lotion.

Breakfast is Top Notch - so much choice and quality food. The bar food is incredible and really friendly bartenders. The concierge is a super nice guy who gives great advise on the city. Its an easy connection for downtown with the underground,
