Very new and clean room, bed was super comfortable and staff at reception was super nice and accommodating. They allowed us to check out a bit later without extra charge. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Nothing really, everything worked well.

Very good value for an overnight stay while on business trip. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived. Bed and room temperature were comfortable. Hotel is located in a quite area of town, no noise during the night. Breakfast choices and quality was good. The hotel operates its own restaurant which serves dinner, very convenient if you don't want to go out after a long day.

The heating in the room was switched off and the room was so very cold on our evening arrival, there was no soap in the shower. We got a different room than the one in the photos on Booking. Automatic payment via Booking is not possible. Problematic debit card payment.

The position of the toilet was across from the bed, right in front of the bathroom's glass door, which only had tinted film in the middle! This means that the toilet could be seen directly from the bed... Really "unfortunate" positioning.

Our room was very clean and cosy, the bed although small (1.40m width) was comfortable . The breakfast had a broad variety for all tastes and the staff was really friendly, polite and helpful. Underground parking was relatively cheap, however the garage was a bit tight in places (especially for larger cars/SUVs).

The hotel answered all of our questions very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage under the hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is shown on Booking with 4 stars, and the price is corresponding to it. However, I'd give it solid 3 stars taking into account the breakfast offer and services available.

The location is nice but a bit far (by walking) to the Ludwigsburg Center. There is nothing much to do around .

The parking lot is unusable with newer larger cars, internet quality poor, considering the price this two small imperfections become more relevant

I was disappointed with one of the waitresses in the restaurant. She seemed to be in charge. I tried a couple of times to attract her attention and even though she looked in my direction, I was ignored. She attended to a family on the neighbouring table, but stood with her back to me.

We had a room with a small terrace. It was very clean. Good size bathroom, with shower, wash basin and toilet. Very comfortable bed. There isn't a hospitality tray in the room, which is a disappointment, as it's nice to relax in the room, after a long journey, with a cup of tea or coffee. There is a restaurant and bar available. I have stayed here on a previous occasion, with a baby and they did have a kettle available on request, to make up formula milk. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast the following morning was also plentiful. There breakfast staff were very attentive, as we're some of the staff from the evening shift. There is an underground carpark, which currently costs €3 a day.
