Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyA dream in (dark-) brown! Was fancy some decades ago... All seemed to made for small people, small bathroom also for slim people only! Drinking glasses were not clean, shower changes temparatures, bed was very basic, breakfast in a too small and crowded room, towel was taken away with no replacement. Guests must get the toilet paper by their own from a cupboard in the floor!
Reception and breakfast staff very helpful and serviceoriented, Restaurant is very good, There was a table/desk in my room 319 - small but worked!

United StatesOne shower door didn't seal well. Needed an extra towel to keep water in the bathroom.
We booked 2 nights, 2 doubles and a single room. Bathrooms are small, beds comfortable, rooms clean. Rooms facing courtyard and outdoor seating may be noisy from staff and guests. Hotel was booked full, so breakfast was organized into 3 sittings. All the staff was friendly and helpful with our English-speaking group. Easy access to tram and bus to get around the city. Restaurant attached was convenient and very good.

GermanyThe room was not really clean. The mirror in the bathroom was covered with toothpaste. Also, the cleaning never changed the towels - they just folder them back dirty side inside. When I unwrapped the foot towel, all the dust and small particles were there. The breakfast also was not really anything fancy, just the bare necessities: eggs, some bread, butter, jam, only one type of cheese and meat.
The location is great, only 15 min to the theater. Personal was super friendly and cheerful.

ItalyMy only complaint is that there was some sort of conference going on and the smokers were gathered right outside of the front door. I had to go through a cloud of smoke to get into the hotel. What makes this worse is that I'm allergic to cigarette smoke.
It was very comfortable and conveniently located. There was a good restaurant at the hotel and another across the street. It's in walking distance to Kaufland and U-bahn stop. Breakfast was very good.

GermanyPersonally I found our bathroom quite small, and there was a construction site outside. However, we have been in the room just to sleep, so it wasn't to much of an inconvenience.
Great hotel if you want to see a show in Palladium Stage. Hotel is clean and easy to reach by public transport. Breakfast is good. Staff were friendly. All in all a good hotel and the price is good.

United StatesParking is a challenge, finding street parking varies from day to day and to time of day. An option is to pay 10 Euros to access the overflow parking area. If you are traveling with American Express streetside registration will not work, so arrive during daily business hours 0600-1700 - after hours can pose a challenge.
Excellent breakfast offerings to meet any expectations or needs. Very friendly staff exceptionally helpful. Room was extremely clean, daily service ensured no shortage of clean towels at the ready. The room is not designed for lounging about but that could be done as well. In room television with cable channels provided (satellite). Wifi worked very well never had a problem connecting to Internet. Restaurants, apothecary, and grocery stores all withing a short walking distance; convenient to rail network that leads into Stuttgart proper and surrounding areas.

GermanyBreakfast too hectic - there were too many people and the hotel apparently doesn't have capacity for that many people - not enough tables,plates, glasses, cups, forks, etc. The choice was also poor. In my room I could hear water dropping somewhere inside the wall.
