There was a fuse box in the room, and it buzzed loudly all day ( during the night too) Even though the apartment has a kitchen area, there is only one glass per person, which is at most 1 deciliter, and a small flat plate

Nice and comfortable rooms. Great location in the centre of Esslingen - close to shops, restaurants and Bus/Train station. It was really easy and fast to jump on a train and get to Mercedes-Benz-Arena (for Slovenia's EURO 2024 match).

"I appreciated the central location of the hotel in the heart of Esslingen. The convenience of having a supermarket directly beneath the hotel was a great perk. Additionally, shopping options, the train station, and car parks were all easily accessible.

Wi-Fi in a specific part of the hotel was really bad. Since it was a busy week, they did not have any alternative rooms for a swap. I had to manage working from the hotel lobby for a few days.

We arrived late and the train station felt a little uneasy as I guess most are. The room is very close to the train station, the entrance hall was unfinished not painted which gave a bad impression and the main entrance door was wide open although you required access codes this felt a little unsafe.especially for lone travellers.

Rooms were very clean and spacious for three adults. Toiletries were an added advantage. Close to the train station for a quick overnight stop. Nice area for a few hours of exploring.

It felt impersonal; I never met anyone during my stay because you’re given a code for self-checkin. Maybe for some people this is a pro. The access door to the corridor was supposed to be opened with a code but I found that it was always open and accessible to anyone from the street, which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable at night. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. I missed a bowl for some yoghurt. The room itself has little character; a little more artwork or color could make it feel more homely.

Clean and spacious and in an alright location on the edge of the town’s historic center. The bed very comfy and the bathroom was big with big towels.

Communication with the hotel was a bit odd. I think their concept is they do not always have a fully staffed reception so that saves money. I received an email to check in online and then codes for the doors. This was slightly cumbersome at first but fine overall. The only issue was if you had questions you often had to wait to speak to someone at the front desk or ring them which is fine, but always seems better in person. Now that I know what to expect, it isn’t an issue but if you are expecting a concierge desk like you would find at a big hotel, this is not it.

Great location, very close to train station, a supermarket and shopping Center, the old town and restaurants. Area seemed safe. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. We chose one of the largest rooms and it had plenty of space for our two medium sized suitcases (rare in a European hotel). Nice sized mini refrigerator in the room meant we could get some snacks and bottles of water which is always nice. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and it was fine but to be honest you can get much better breakfast for less money anywhere nearby or even buy fruit and pastries from the Rewe supermarket which is literally underneath the hotel. We were only there a few days but the room would also suit anyone staying for longer. We asked for a late checkout and for a small fee we were able to, it was worth it as we had extra time to relax and didn’t have to wait at the airport. We would stay again.

The soundproofing was not very good at least in our room, we could hear the TV from the other room and even their alarm very early morning.

The hotel is new and everything is new clean and cozy. Also location was perfect, very close to the Christmas market for which we visited the city.

The beds created sweat as they are of a type that doesn’t have a cooling layer. The rooms were very hot. We did feel that they didn’t have enough cleaning staff. Our rooms were cleaned at 5pm one day. Far too late and we felt they didn’t really take much care. No washing up was done, and towels just dumped on the floor. Lastly, turn the lift arrival chimes off at night. Drove us bonkers
