Our colleagues are travelling for business and have stayed in this hotel several times. We have requested many times for the invoices via email but for some reason they do not reply.

Room on the ground floor at the street side is relatively noisy. The decor could do with an upgrade, the breakfast is OK, but rather spartan. We had to park on the street, though that was OK.

There is a place to store your luggage but it is too small. It will be better if the space is bigger.

The building is old and that's why the room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside the weather was really cold but the heating of the room was excellent. There is plenty of choice during the breakfast. boiled eggs, different kind of cheese, meat, yoghurt, fruits etc.

Did not know you had to turn the scan lock after you scanned your key, so I was stuck outside for about 20 mins.

It is necessary to replace the pillows - they are very uncomfortable. TV channels are in German only.

Friendly staff, not bad buffet breakfast, free public parking near the accommodation, fully equipped room and bathroom. We were unable to go on the dates we booked. The hotel management kindly allowed us to change the dates free of charge.

Breakfast till only 10 o’clock.

We were able to check in even after the reception closed. The hotel has a safe with keys in front of the entrance. After booking, be sure to write or call the hotel to receive the password for the safe. The room was large and clean, the view from the window was beautiful. The room has glasses, towels, toilet paper, TV. Comfortable. The bed is good. Breakfast until 10 am. When we arrived later and had already put food in, the administrator came to us and said that breakfast was no longer available. Unfortunately, she did not speak English. Therefore, we went to the reception to hand over the keys to the room, as we were already evicted. But the guy at the reception said that everything is fine and we can go to have breakfast. For breakfast, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, buns, yogurt, muesli.

I stayed for a one-night stop travelling from Poland to southern Germany, the location is very practical, close to the train station, and the room was very spacious and comfortable

I liked everything, but… the young many at the reception told me that parking in the Bahnhof-Strasse near the hotel is OK and free. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car, spent the night in the hotel, and next morning went to the town. I returned back to the car just after midday, around 12.30, and found that I have been fined for 25 E for parking out of correct hours)

I noticed no elevator (perhaps there is one — who knows). For me it's not a problem, but it could be for the others.

1. The personal is approachable and polite 2. The room was sehr gut and the price is really convenient. There were no problems with TV, Bath or anything else. Everything was clean and functioned well. 3. The room was also very quiet. 4. It's only 10 minutes from the center by foot

Bathroom sink was a bit small with inconveniently placed shelf under mirror. No elevator, but they gave me a room on the first floor, so not a big problem. Luggage storage for early arrivals would have been nice.

Good breakfast with long hours (7-11). Clean, modern room in historic house. Plenty of electrical outlets and reliable wifi. I had a very quiet room out to the back, looking into a green courtyard. 10-minute walk from train station, 14 minutes to Demianiplatz.

A bit far from the touristic area. Nothing much in the vincinity of the hotel (not even restaurants, cafes, shops or anything).

Located some minutes wall from the train station and about 20 minutes walk from the tourist attractions. Breakfast was good. Value for money was good.

This was a wonderful location for my first, and I hope not last, visit to Goerlitz, which along with Zgorzelec, the neighbouring town in Poland, is a place I have wanted to visit for many years. The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful when I arrived. The room was suitably spacious for a single person, and the bed was very comfortable. As I was rushing for a train, just up the road, I only had time for a quick couple of very fresh bread rolls with ham and cheese, and a fine coffee, for breakfast. But it all looked very fine. This is a fine city to visit, and this is a fine place to stay.

Very noisy and cold at night - noise from cars on the street, windows with poor sound insulation and thermal insulation. Bad pillows.

Very nice calm hotel with great breakfast. We were on the top floor, there is no elevator. Can be problem for old/disabled people, as the stairs are really high. For us it was ok. 20 min by walking from the center, 10 min walking from the train station.
