We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom in my room was very dated and the toilet was stained. A lift would have been nice to help get my motorcycling gear up to the room.
Location was great for exploring the area however it is quite remote from shops etc. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was great and the single room was a decent enough size.

United StatesUpon our later arrival, the night staff gentleman, who ultimately checked us in, was rather rude, telling us we didn’t have a reservation and that he didn’t speak English. But he changed his attitude and was apologetic, speaking English, after checking his phone to discover our reservation made on Booking.com. Although we had eaten before our arrival, there was not any place to eat or get a snack, or even get a beer after 9 pm.
The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and our server was sweet, and although she didn’t speak any English we were able to communicate with our little bit of German. The conveniently located play ground, next to parking area, was greatly enjoyed by our children.

United KingdomRoom was a triple at no extra cost so was spacious, it was a little spartan - no lamp on one side of the bed. Only had one curtain at each of the windows which didn’t pull right across - if there had been a decent good quality pair of curtains at the windows it would have enhanced the room tremendously , made it feel more comfortable and would have enhanced the privacy.

The friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Quiet little village. They made a simple but delicious chicken/fries meal for us even though we arrived late in the evening. They stayed open especially for us and some other guests. Breakfast also good.
