The room was cooled. Not clean every day. No min bar or drink at the room. Wifi very bad. The some Traveller bring the dog. The sound of wind in the windows so high.

We were traveling and stumbled upon this hotel for a night. It was a pleasent discovery, and we will be back at other travels. Breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable.

It was a bit long to go out with the dogs, haha! It is a BIG hotel. I would love a “waterboiler” to have a cup of tea/coffee.

We stayed here 2016 and remember it to be a very nice place. It still is! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The room nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom spacious with everything you need. Really good beds with soft sheets. The hotel is spacious and lovely decorated. We had burgers Waguy! Wow! Crispy potatoes and a lovely salad. A redwine Barolo that fitted perfectly. The waiter was attentive and also gave the dogs water. Also so nice to be able to bring them when we eat.

Eating in the a-la-carte restaurant on site was a bit of a disaster. The waiter who took our order clearly didn't know the menu at all, and didn't manage to write down our choices even though we showed them literally on the menu. We got still water instead of sparkling. It took an hour before we were served any food, and when it did come, they brought our mains instead of our appetizers. They tried to pin the mistake on us, but eventually did apologize. To make amends, they offered us dessert on the house, but when the bill came, a 10€ white wine which we never ordered or drank had been wrongly added to the bill. The manager tried to get away with this all jokingly. That said, the food we did get, was very tasty. A fridge in the room would have been nice. The hotel has a lot of facilities (tennis, spa, ...) however no info about opening hours, direction, price, reservation,... is given. As a modernization effort the room comes with a tablet wich contains some extra information but not enough - no plan of the hotel - no list of bars/restaurants and their opening hours On arrival in the room, we saw the tablet was not plugged in correctly. So we had to wait some time until the battery had enough power to start the system. The bartender in the bar below does not serve at the tables but shouts from behind the bar what you want to order. When asked for the bill at the end it was apparently our responsibily to keep track of the coasters that contained the info of what drinks we consumed. So I had to search for them as we had moved places without noticing the valuable information that was tracked on those coasters. Our stay was not unpleasant but we had the feeling that we were participants in an episode of Fawlty Towers.

Spacious room, nice bathroom. Close to the highway. The spa/sauna is probably nice but we didn't try it. The sports hall with courts for badminton, tennis, squash and table tennis is also nice. The personel there friendly. We enjoyed a lovely massage, though there was only one option still available to us when we arrived at 2PM - everything else was sold out for the day.

Quality of the Breakfast. No friendliness from the german staff at the counter who displayed 0 willingness to resolve a misunderstanding with the amenities that were included (recepcionist and supervisor). On the other hand the foreigner staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
