Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThere are lower cost hotels in the same proximity. The check-in staff was not very friendly and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Maybe he was a trainee, however there was no supervisor around to assist him. My check-in was already quite late and had an early flight, and this just took up more time than necessary.
The location is really good if you need to catch an early flight. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomThe Hotel did not provide slippers for guests, to prevent them getting dirt on their feet from the wooden bedroom floors. It was not imnediately apparebt what brands of beer were available at the Eatery Bar, as there were no brand logos on the taps.
The Hotel was clean, with excellent facilities The staff were attentive, efficient, courteous, helpful and friendly.

Only if you book the top rate through their booking platform. Rates are always extremely hi. If you have time to take a shuttle there are better value options around
Best Location for short stopover as it is at the terminal and I had less then 10 hours at the hotel. Love the espresso Machine in the room

We had a 12 hr layover at Frankfurt airport so the hotel proved perfect for checking-in for a night. Short walk from the terminal all under cover. I'm sure that the hotel had lots of facilities but we were just looking for a bed.

United StatesThe wifi system didn’t work to allow me access while in my room, which meant I had no way to contact my family and update them about my travel plans because I am an international traveler and was off my cellular network. I also thought the bed was far too firm.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated as I was under a lot of stress traveling. The decor in the room was very stylish and made the room more comfortable.

Sound proof room centrally located in middle of airport with walking access to check in gates. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, our room was comfortable for 3 people. there were several dining options and the breakfast buffet was exceptional
