Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a 12 hr layover at Frankfurt airport so the hotel proved perfect for checking-in for a night. Short walk from the terminal all under cover. I'm sure that the hotel had lots of facilities but we were just looking for a bed.

United StatesThe wifi system didn’t work to allow me access while in my room, which meant I had no way to contact my family and update them about my travel plans because I am an international traveler and was off my cellular network. I also thought the bed was far too firm.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated as I was under a lot of stress traveling. The decor in the room was very stylish and made the room more comfortable.

I couldn’t get home from the airport because of some issues with the DB and just looked up hotels on my arrival, great location and price. The service was excellent, and also family friendly.

Sound proof room centrally located in middle of airport with walking access to check in gates. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, our room was comfortable for 3 people. there were several dining options and the breakfast buffet was exceptional

United StatesWe had dinner in the bar restaurant close to reception late. I don’t know if they were understaffed but the servus was disappointing. Orderte wine. Received after I completed dinner one main dish never arrived . We requested taking it off the bill. Sure enough it was on there. My friend received his second drink only after asking several times We ordered 2 extra dressing. One arrived. And were told that the kitchen is sooo far away ?! Gentleman in suit ( manager ? ) went to all tables to check. Avoided us. With that of price level this was truly not acceptable service. The lady you checked us on was absolutely wounderful. Best customer service I experienced in a hotel. Sheraton lodging part was very good Late dinner as mentioned a true disappointment I worked in the field for 40 years ( steigenberger , Ritz Carlton. ) so I know what I am talking about
