Amazing location and amazing price. It felt like staying in a 4 star hotel, I was given a large (plastic) bottle of water upon check-in and there was a little chocolate on my pillow. Nice view of the urban area.

We were given a room on a higher level but the AC was not working and immediately the lady change the room. To take the elevator you have to go one floor down. If you carry large suitcases be aware.

Very well located and just 2minutes walk from the main station. Left exit from the station and walk 2 minutes when you come out of the station. Value for money.

Always stay at Hotel Cristall whenever possible in FRA. Very close to Hbf, just an easy two hundred metre walk, but still very quiet. 24hr Reception if arriving late. Reasonably priced, welcoming and obliging staff, clean and comfortable. Nice Euro style breakfast with good Dallmayer coffee !

You get a decent service. But,better hotels are very close by. It is very basic. Booking well in advance gives better accommodations for the same price.

The elevator only stop at alternative floors. No kettle in room.

This is a friendly budget hotel which is just a few steps from the Frankfurt main station. The breakfast was good - plenty of choice. The room was basic (eg no kettle) but clean and comfortable with places to hang your clothes. The police station is between the hotel and the station, so the location did not feel unsafe at all. A special mention to the staff, who made us a cup of green tea when we arrived back quite late one day.

The location was excellent for an overnight stay near the main train station. My single room was compact but had everything needed for one night and was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, including yoghurt, a variety of breads, cheese and cold meats.

Location: 2 minutes from Frankfurt central station. Breakfast: standard but satisfying buffet style, meticulously prepared, in a high-ceiling and clean breakfast room. Room: good refurbished room, quiet at night and early morning, and clean.

I would recommend the management to consider some minor cosmetic repairs in the hallways, but overall everything is quite satisfactory.

I am completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room is sufficiently spacious for a single occupant, the bed is comfortable, all appliances are in working order, cleanliness is good, and the location is convenient for getting around the city and traveling to the airport. I have some concerns about cleanliness in this area, but the hotel cannot be held responsible for that. Additionally, there is a police station nearby, so I did not notice any safety issues. I would recommend the management to consider some minor cosmetic repairs in the hallways, but overall everything is quite satisfactory.

Parking is not easy, hotel has only 3 parking spots for 15 euro a day, in the weekend you can park for free on the streets.

From outside not very nice, but rooms are very nice and modern, also very clean. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff were friendly. Location is great for train travellers because is just next to the train station, also perfect for visitors of Festhalle, because is just 10 minutes walk. Surroundings are not really nice, but just little walk away you have plenty of nice places. Hotel have also small terras to drink there your coffee or smoke. There are also many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.

I was video calling friends and family from overseas (Australia) (which may have interfered with the quite ambience of the breakfast arrangement) but for which I was publicly and loudly reprimanded for! It ruined the day! The facilities at the breakfast cafe are not conducive for open phone and VC communication, which I understand, but the terse nature of “don’t use video calls here!” was unacceptable. Maybe more cultural and interpersonal training would be useful here, as in my country this is very common. P.s. I am also convinced it is outside any Hausrechte to disallow guests their phone and video call communication. I understand its nuisance , and I agree, but a more gentle and “to the side” hint would be much more beneficial for all parties. My Japanese’ friends’ looked quite terrified! P.S. the narrow stair case and missing lift link to each level made the handling of 35kg travel luggage a bit of a challenge!

Loved everything and would have liked to give a perfect score (money-value ratio) , staff was generally really warm and friendly but… one incident ruined it for me :-(

Blanket was a bit small for tall persons. There were no instructions for the heater. The area was a bit creepy, but it's normal around main stations in Europe.

Location is superb! Just steps away from Hauptbahnhof. Room was clean, bed was comfy, small desk for laptop, shower was fine. Staffs were polite and welcoming.
