The pillows were very thin and not very comfortable. If you arrive by public transport, the entrance is via the Wuppertal Hbf busstation or a walk across a wide busy road, which was not very clear.

Superb location, room had a view of the suspension railway. Room was nice and clean and the staff was really helpful. The free public transport ticket is valid in a huge area, from Wuppertal and Düsseldorf and even on some bus and train lines across the Dutch border. On request you can receive the ticket before your stay so you can use it to travel to the hotel! The mattress was comfortable.

The keycards of the rooms sometimes worked and sometimes just decided not to work. Therefore you needed up to several tries to get access to your own room. Also in my room the bathroom couldn't close properly without a bit violence.

Room has a lot of place for free movement. It has additional a fridge, TV, bathroom and a document safe. Therefore it has everything that you could possibly use on a vacation. Also it has two little saunas in the basement of the hotel as well as a small gym that has some equipments for people to workout.

Huge rooms, nicely decorated and in good condition. Beds very comfortable too. The location is excellent, across the street from the station and right next to the city centre. Inclusive city ticket was handy too, for monorail fans

The staff was very nice. I wanted to use wellness, even though it was still not open, they heated sauna 3 hour before the official openning hour. The location was great, just at the railway station. The beakfast was very nice, especially the self-made Müsli bar.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Wuppertal Central train station. The staff were extremley friendley, helpful and the room was clean. Maybe a bit overpriced due to Euro 2024. Great base, if you which to travel to Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf etc.

The room was clean in general but the room’s walls were dirty and the furniture had signs of wear. Please note that the hotel do not accept cash payments anymore, they do not store luggage for free and the check-in is mostly done by the guests.

Bathroom fan remained on throughout the night...presumably a minor technical fault and we didn't have time to report it due to busy itinerary.

Designers of hotel rooms should also stay there for a night. Then they would see the curtains don't fit at all so don't blind out the lights from outside. Also the room is quite warm and airconditioning didn't seem to change that. Breakfast was really expensive so picked a local coffee house for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central station and is modern and comfortable. There is self check-in but is supported by staff. The rooms are small but modern. The included City Ticket is really nice.
