We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fantastic view of the Rhine river from the room. The room was renovated and spacious. Have read some comments of the noise from the railway, however in our room facing the riverside we had a good sleep.

ItalyThis is a personal point of view, but the mantras is too soft for me and the pillow too big. I am sure I could have ask for an other pillow, but just for one night I did not want to disturb.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful environment ! The Rhine just two steps from the hotel. Just lovely to see the ships sail by. Excellent breakfast and delicious dish of the day, in this case, the evening. Great wines ! Personal is very friendly. Parking place just in front of the hotel. Room is big enough, and you hear nothing from the outside. When I will be in the neighborhood , I surely will pass by again.

Great location right on the Rhine. Our room had a fantastic view of the Maus Castle and it's a short drive/bike ride from St. Goar. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would stay again.
