The curtain was broken and sagging on one side. The glass in the shower became transparent when the light was on. Plus, the walls didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was no soundproofing. Considering the room is designed for 3-4 people, it was uncomfortable for us

The lack of door to the bathroom and shelves instead of a storage areawith door ga e always an impression of untidy to an occupied room, even if I tried to store everything in order.

Both the floor and the room itself smells kind of funny. Like cleaning product with humidity although I saw no signs of the latter. The hotel is good but I don't know if I would qualify it as a 4 stars.

Nice and basic hotel. Easy to walk to city center. Nice staff. Bathroom walls are made by glass, didn't bother us. Easy access to parking place backyard, but not so many placesbso you have to reserve it!

Was meant to be 24/7 reception but husband went out for food at 10pm after late arrival and noone there to open hotel door, upon his return at 10.30pm. He managed to attract some guests inside waiting for the lift. Otherwise would not be able to get in. Where were 24/7 staff?

Nothing to complain so much. Be aware that the hotel is located near to the train station, so that you have to count with meeting some kind of people you really wouldn' like to see at all. But: this is not the fault of the hotel at all, but the problem of the location itself.

Hotel well equipped, clean, good value for money. Rich breakfast, parking in the yard (advance booking recommended). Heating / air condition ok, comfortable beds.

A trully german hotel. Functional, with all that you might need, without offering useless luxury. Spacious fooms, confortable bed, big windows with window blinds, functional bathroom and a coffee maker and tv. What else would one need for a couple of days? Location was also good, pretty close to the historical center. Good value for money.

The hotel has no lobby seating area. It was quite cold in the room. There is no tea maker in the room. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a few hangers.

The location is quite close to the city's attractions. The hotel has 24-hour reception desk. The free WiFi connection is very good. The room is spacious and it has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. There is complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Lighting by bed unsatisfactory for reading; bed too soft and I slid off accidentally. WiFi poor. Bathroom shape uncomfortable when showering or having 2 people in there. Only one end table by bed.

Only problem we encountered was that the rain dripping from the living area window was hitting the window sill during the night and was quite noisy. The rain was fairly heavy so might not be an issue if rain is only light. I managed to muffle it by using a handtowel placed outside on the window sill. The kids stayed in the bedroom and didn't have the same problem so it is just that one window.

Stayed here as an overnight stop on a family trip further into Germany. We were driving and it was easy enough to locate and work out where the car park was. After 5 hours on the road it was nice to receive a warm welcome and efficient check in. Select Hotel is located in a neighbourhood just outside the centre but easy walk in to the old town. Plenty of options for food and drinks in the local area if you didn't want to walk in. We had the comfort apartment for 4 people, which was more than big enough for us and would have been enough for a few days. Apartment was very clean with all the items you'd expect in hotel, comfortable beds and everything in good working order. Breakfast the next morning was great, more than enough options for the entire family.

Lack of storage for personal belongings. No privacy in the bathrooms as there were a lot of gaps that you could see into. So if you're staying with friends it's very awkward. Okay if you're a couple.

Clean and comfortable rooms, AC was definitely a plus on nights it was very warm. Staff were very nice. Vert close to the old town for site seeing.

No fridge in the room. Also there was a big jacuzzi in the room that did not work. Which was quite a shame. (It wasn't listed with the room though).

Great central location and the room was very nice and clean. The bed was great. It also had airconditioning and a balcony.

Our shower flooded due to a clogged drain and we had water all over the tiled floor of the bedroom. Also, we had a pull out couch, which we didn’t end up using, but when we opened it, the bedsheets were filthy.

The in-room glass bathroom was unusual.  the bed was comfortable and the location was good.
