Overall, the apartment is a bit run-down, but nothing too critical. The armchair in the living room could use a new cushion or a deep clean, the same applies to the sofa. Nothing bad to say about the beds and the linen. The two main negative points were the noise in one of the rooms (the one facing the main street) and the toilet which kept getting blocked. The shower curtain is a bit short.

The apartment we stayed in was big enough and had everything needed for a short stay (a fridge, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc.). The value for money is pretty decent. The location is easy to reach from the train station; there is a bakery a few minutes away. Might be worth noting that the apartment is on the top floor of the building with no elevator, which wasn't a big issue for our group.

Some noise from the main street during night. Some trouble finding parking place in the neighbourhood. Poor wifi (but smart tv and possibility to login to netflix, youtube etc).

We haven't been indoors a lot, so we could not ask until last day about TV equipment and coffee machine. It seems they did not work. However, we did not really need it. The place is not extremely posh, but it has a kind of old-style Regensburg atmosphere.

The place was really spacious and nice, not far from the centre, and the staff was really attentative to our needs. First time ever someone called me to ask if everything is alright! Greatly appreciated!

The door rattles when any other door is opened. It's so bad, sometimes it sounds like an intruder trying to enter. I would have loved to have 1 more pillow.

About 2km from the main station with an Edeka which is opened everyday even on Sundays and holidays. A rarerity in Germany. Small room with a kitchenette, microwave, hot plate, fridge, cutlery, bowls and a bathroom. Small but adequate in all proportions for the price.

Apartment was on 2nd floor, very warm, no air conditioning, and we had to leave windows open, but this made the apartment very noisy, impossible to rest. We had to pay 10 Euro extra for parking by the apartment. They couldn't prepare a crib on such short notice, we our night was disasterous with our baby.

We booked for same night and only found out after the booking that the office was open till 5 pm, and we should have made arrangements 2 days ahead, if we wanted to arrive afterwards. With the help of booking.com call center, we managed to get access code for apartment. The apartment was by the main road, good location.

Being on the top floors meant a lot of stairs, but it is stated clearly when making the booking so no surprises. The apartment did not have AC so it was a little warm (July), and the road outside was a bit noisy

We had 2 apartments, both on the top floor and they were fabulous! Great space, clean, super comfortable beds, and had everything we needed.

- The place were not made clean 1 hour into check in period. Called the front desk when entered the unit and found beds are not made, sheets not changed, etc. They asked if I can come back later and by then they changed the bed. - shower case was visibly dirty. Spider webs on the lamps, dust and litter on the floor, on the lights, everywhere! - Had to leave earlier than the end of booking because of intolerable conditions. - When brought up the issue with management their first response is: you paid cheap, this is what you get!

Very large and nice apartment for a good price, ideal for 3-6 people. Not far from the old town (ca 1,3 km to Hauptbahnhof), lot of buses near to the appartment. The house is by the main street, but at night it was ablolutely ok and quiet, sometimes you can hear a train from the railway. Very good for stay with family or friends. We were in the appartment with 3 bedrooms. We were here in November when temperatures outside were around 0 °C and heating in appartment was working very well.

I suppose it could benefit from a microwave and toaster, but counter space is limited (and maybe they could be provided if you asked).

Often overlooked by tourists, Regensburg in Bavaria has significant history, a charming old town, and non-tourist-priced restaurants. We had the ground floor two-bedroom apartment (comfortable beds). Access by car was simple and there are free or paid parking options. Hosts were very accessible and responsive by phone or email. The apartment was spacious and included thoughtful extras - such as tea/coffee/cleaning in the kitchen, or Netflix on the tv. It's about a 20 minute walk to the old town, but the space and easy access made it a worthwhile choice for us. It's on a busy road, so it is noisy, but the windows keep the noise out well. Also check-in as of 1:30pm is usually available, so depending on your travel plans, it's nice to get in earlier than other options. Contactless entry (when requested by email) was very simple.
