Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere can be noise from the apartment above, though I'm not sure how often that's in use. This isn't at all the fault of the property owner, but if you're reaching the property on foot, choose your route carefully! Google Maps had me climb a lot of steps only to have me arrive at a construction area that required a detour. There's a much easier route from the train station.
Overall, this was a great place to stay, like having a temporary home away from home. Note: at least during my visit, the owner wanted to be paid in cash. I may have missed the notification about this somewhere.

Amazing location inside the city walls, but very quiet. Beautifully furnished with small kitchenette. Cool interior despite heat. Good communication from host about meeting for check in.

SpainIt is a really charming apartment, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is very new, very clean and very well maintained. You will not lack for anything I assure you and if you need anything you ask the hosts who are very very kind and will help you at any time. The apartment is located in the old part of the city, in a very quiet and pedestrian street with no car traffic. It is on the ground floor and you can use the common terrace that is at the entrance. It is very close to everything, you can walk from the train station without any problem. The main square is a 3-minute walk away. Landsberg is a very pretty and picturesque town. Of course I highly recommend both the apartment and visiting this town. Thank you so much for everything!
