Expensive for what you get. We had a room on the ground floor . We couldn’t open the window as it was dangerous or possible for strangers to jump and enter the room while we were sleeping. So we had to sleep with close windows with heavy duvet covers but the rooms have no A/C. No breakfast of any type. They talk about an area where you can have coffee, tea etc, but the machine charges you more than a regular bar or just about the same . I paid 240 Euros per night for a place that doe have a receptionist , nobody to talk to for any needs or questions.

The roads in Füssen are very busy which was noisy if I opened my windows but this is obviously not the Hotel's fault. The windows are very effective at shutting out the noise. My single room was not particularly cheap but the location is perfect for the train station and town centre.

Charming hotel in a nice building, beautiful garden with seating where I ate my breakfast. There is also a breakfast room with a coffee machine (small fee).

Beautiful and nicely kept boutique Hotel. There is an extra bathroom downstairs that we used a couple of times because we were four in a room.

the check in/out system doesn't function well. need climb staircase to go up to the room that make my aged parents find so tired. The room is just for basic use, no fridge, no electric kettle.

Great location, old town within walk distance. there are lots of parking place provide in hotel which is very convenient to those who is driving to Füssen.

We were disappointing with having to pay for coffee in the breakfast room. For that cost, it is best to go to a cafe’. It wouldn’t be a huge cost to the hotel to have some free coffee and tea. Also, the self check in and out was quite straightforward but I personally prefer to have someone on site to talk to.

The hotel is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre of beautiful Füssen and has a nice parking area at the front and a lovely garden at the back. The room was a little small but the balcony was lovely and the shower was brilliant.

Some visitors- Guests don't seem to know how to behave and are very loud upon arrival close to midnight and upon waking up at 6am, not everyone shares that timing.

Our room opened to the street so we couldn’t leave the windows open. It was way too loud. With the windows closed it was fine. I also didn’t fully investigate the room layout which was my fault. The only bathroom opened to the “master” bedroom so any middle of the night visits came through our room which was not ideal given our travel party.

First of all no service. The employees are almost never present, so check in or check out may be done by yourself. Our room was too small for 3 people. It had no air conditioning. There was no place to sit, very uncomfortable in summer months. No breakfast, despite that the hotel had a breakfast room. Need to pay for coffee or tea at the machine downstairs, not free. Seems like it used to be a nice hotel but now it's pay for everything. The price of the hotel does not match the quality.

Location was very good convenient to accessing the city center. Parking located on site also, paid. Room was decorated nicely. Courtyard was also nice.

Only issue was the double bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress wasn't adequate to be used without a box spring underneath. The mornings and evenings can also be noisy. With no A/C, it was also very warm at night None of these things would prevent us from returning, we will look at this place again if we come back.

Location was good. Parking was excellent, no issue with a full size vehicle (Ford Explorer). It was a joy to fit a family of four comfortably in one room. The hotel was also very clean. Check-in was automated and very easy (multi-lingual). It was an excellent experience.

Smelly bathroom- some of the toilets seem to be connected via air vents to other rooms toilets - we had a very smelly couple of hours until someone else’s smell cleared- please check the vents are working alright.

A fun and unusual hotel - beautiful building in a wonderful location. Generally okay with the self service breakfast concept, and loved the outdoor seating in the garden.

The hotel has a great location right at the downtown and within minutes walk from the train station. Our welcoming staff Bonnie was excellent as he waited for our arrival and gave a detailed description of the sightseeing areas around Füssen, while helping us with the Check-in. His suggestions were on point and his enthusiasm, knowledge, and kindness impressed us. The room was clean and comfortable.

The check in is done on a computer and we had trouble getting it to work. Luckily, we were able to enter our room without completing the check-in and I was able to pay my bill afterwards.

The room was unique and fit our needs well. Communication with staff was only via email, but they were very nice.
