Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was good. It was a rainy day when we arrived at the hotel. The room was clean and inviting. I suppose we could have done better with respect to the location. If you're looking to avoid crowds this maybe for you. However, there were no restaurant options for a few miles. There was a bus stop 15 mins walk from the hotel. The buses to the central station were also not very frequent.

LuxembourgThe elevator is pretty slow and the vending machines only work with specific coins. The duvet for a double bed is pretty small for two people using it. The door for the bathroom swings open to be also the door to the toilet. Its a small hazard to crush the fingers when opening the door, so one needs to be careful.
The hotel is close to the Palladium. A perfect walking distance but also very easy to reach by car. The beds are very comfortable. Many parking spaces. A McDonalds is located right beside the hotel. Very friendly staff.
