We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe room decoration is outdated and need to be modernized. The bathroom has some imperfections, e.g. when showering water is spilled on the floor because of the lack of shower curtain. Also very less light in the bathroom, only near the mirrors. The lights in the room could be more cozy (not super white LED).

NetherlandsIt was a bit odd room. There were not enough electric points in the suite. In the main bedroom just one, so it was only possible to either have the light on, fan or charge a phone one at a time. The living area/extra bed space, there were also just 2-3 (including those for the TV and Kettle). We also had some issues with WiFi.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The family suite was spacious and the beds and bathroom were clean. As expected from the price it was a little outside the town but easy walking distance. The nearest public EV charge point 5 minute walk but the onsite parking was free and underground.

Front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, etc.. The room was really spacious.

Czech RepublicWater pressure in the shower was very low and the sink didn't drain properly. The vent in the bathroom was very noisy but inefficient. The walls are very thin so we could hear people from the hall and arguing neighbours at 2:30 a.m.
The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff was nice. We appreciated free parking next to the hotel.

GermanyThere was a small balcony that had strong cigarette odor. The door of the bathroom was broken and was barely moving. It looked like a door that didn't belong to the bathroom frame. The bathroom was very very old and poorly lit. The rooms were carpeted. The rooms had a foul smell of dog poop. We found a corner with a stain on the carpet from where the bad smell was coming.
