Cleaning staff could have done a better job on our room each day. Eg dirty mugs and glasses were not removed and replaced until day 6.

Hotel was modern and our room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The mainly young, Spanish reception and bar team were friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing was awful. Could hear peiple.in corridors and rooms.next door very clearly. Room had a weird smell.

Defent sized rooms ,.cleaned every day to a good standard, lifts were great. Parked for €25 per day but car was very secure. Very close to centre

Eurostars is part of a fairly standard chain so I wasn't expecting much but the room was actually bigger than I expected and the room had a fridge and safe. High ceiling and plenty of space. Wifi worked fine. Bathroom mirror above sink was attached to peculiar transparent wall. Good location near the station. reception staffed until mid-night which is very handy while Deutsche Bahn is so completely useless.

...being picky the tv was very outdated, slow connection to YouTube and screen casting was awkward

Honestly all was great and beyond our expectations for the price. Staff were very welcoming, quick at check- in and everything was smooth (love the 2PM check in by the way). Room was really clean, shower was epic, our love of this may have been skewed by camping at a festival for the weekend, but honestly it was powerful! Beds were massive and comfy would definitely recommend.

Shampoo and shower gel though in separate bottles, both seem to be containing the same gel. Would appreciate a better quality for Shampoo.

The breakfast buffet is great. Hardly 2-3 minutes walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof. The room was big enough; had a locker, a mini fridge, free toiletries, hair dryer and the bed was comfortable. They also give you a free welcome drinks card, to order at the bar.

Staff very helpful and friendly , the free welcome drink voucher was a lovely gesture . Very clean and comfortable, the shower was brilliant 😁 would definitely recommend.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly (old cups and tray left). Upon checkout we were asked if we’d had a breakfast, we advised we hadn’t but when we came back to collect our cases late, they produced a receipt with a signature and tried again to make us pay for a breakfast. It wasn’t our signature (I’d signed a form on arrival and showed a card with the signature) and we had eaten out each morning but the one member of staff seemed adamant. Another member of the team got involved and quashed the matter but it left a sour taste. Some travellers may be uncomfortable with the area the hotel is in, albeit we never felt troubled.

Rainfall shower was incredible, room size was great as well. Plenty of storage space. Nice gesture from the hotel when we arrived for a special occasion. Really close to the main station for transport around the city and beyond.

The hotel is in a very "poor" district. I would not feel safe at night or as a single female traveller. The hotel has a parking garage, but the staff was unable to reserve a space in advance. I didn't get why... I was lucky to have a parking spot, but they might as well all be full... reserving them in advance would give the peace of mind to be able to park in the busy inner ciry

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and new rooms, quiet rooms, a little bar/lounge at the entrance, parking in the hotel garage. The location was in walking distance from downtown Munich and 5 minutes from the central train station. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The noise from the street. We had to leave our window open because it was so hot and we couldn't get the room cooler any other way, so we had to listen to the people at the bar across the street and other people after the bar closed until 5:30 am.

Overall the room was really comfortable but if you need to work there, the armchair is not very practical. I would appreciate a chair in the room

Nice hotel close to the central train station. Simple design but very functional and comfortable. The room was very spacious with lots of natural light. The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped.
