The sauna was never on before the switch off at 12! Never. Highly irritating when you do your swim etc early, and don’t plan to go back again later that day. We told the front desk repeatedly about this, and it was never remedied. Very annoying and to be quite frank, for us, they may as well not have had a sauna listed in hotel facilities as we couldn’t use it. We were substantially overcharged at the bar one evening when we had drinks. Had to get the bill corrected twice for this! Our key cards stopped working for us all at least twice, so we had to go to reception to get these sorted. Not a big deal this latter point, but it shouldn’t be happening…and not twice.

Clean and for us, quiet at night. Beds very big and comfy.

Rooms not made up until late in the day. Hair dryer not great. TV channels all in German. Pay TV option - should be free - not known if these programs were in English.

Great location, room size good for a couple travelling with large bags from Australia. Extensive breakfast with a la carte option. Quiet for sleeping.

It seems like all of the rooms have only one window that is looking at the reception so the curtain had to be open at all times, and the window closed, but for us it wasn't a problem at all. Also, we had 2 rooms, and in one of them, it felt like it wasn't ready for us. Since we had another room to compare, we saw that the mini bar was half empty, not all the toiletries were there, and the slippers were missing. The staff was very helpful and nice and brought us the missing items we needed.

We had a great time at the hotel. Location is great, near the train station. The room was clean, and quiet, and we stored our luggage at the end of our stay.

Location was excellent for sightseeing, and restaurants, we could walk just about anywhere, plus when we did need to take a taxi, it was so convenient and not expensive. We enjoyed out time at the Eurostars, the staff were super nice and very professional, so helpful and knowledgeable of the area and always helpful. Will definitely recommend staying there to family and friends, plus if and when we do get back to Berlin, it would be our choice of hotel. We only had breakfast the one morning at the hotel, and it was very nice, food was hot and a great selection.

When the window was open you could hear the trains, but only an issue if you're a light sleeper. The use of the pool was a bit confusing but after the first visit I understood it.

Amazing location for a stay in Berlin, right next to museum island and many other cultural activities. Hotel room was lovely and clean, really nice to have access to a pool and sauna but Berlin should keep you busy enough you don't make any use of it.

Had a couple of interruptions while in my room from staff/maintenance workers coming in. On one occasion one was at 9.30am. Little bit annoying. Next time I will be sure to remember to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside, hopefully that would work.

Second time staying here. Love the location. Very hand to get to from the airport via train. Rooms are adequate and clean. Wifi has definitely improved since I was last here. Double bed is huge.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed that the spa was not working. There was no advance warning. The TV was malfunctioning. The bedroom room has old curtains.

The airconditioning in the bedroom doesnt go lower than 23 degrees. We wanted it colder so we could get some sleep. Nobody came to have it checked. We could not regulate the room temperature. That was a big disappointment. The gym autconditioning doesnt work properly, it's too hot in there. The temperature outside was 27 degrees, but inside the gym should be at least 19 degrees in terms of temperatuur.

The rooms are spacious, there a clean pool at the top of the floor. Bathroom is big with shampoo, conditioner and other stuff provided like bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast is amazing, with variety of food to choose from, freshly made daily.
