Kettle in room would be nice maybe, but I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for the price we paid.

Reception staff very friendly. We booked a standard room and got a 2 room “suite” with 2 TVs and a sofa bed. Everything was very clean and comfortable but hotel is generally a bit dated. No bar or open restaurant. Across the road from Hauptbahnhof which was the main reason I booked it. 15 mins easy walk to Marienplatz. The breakfast room and choice was very nice. Good coffee and hot and cold options. The hotel did point out in advance that there is no aircon. Our room had a ceiling fan, but it was quite huge and scary looking. The windows can be fully opened though. The shower was really good. We only stayed one night but it was a perfectly nice stay and good value for money. We were slightly worried initially as there were signs everywhere saying that they were full, but we had no issues going for breakfast or waiting for the lift. I would happily book again for an overnight stay between trains.

They do advertise no air conditioning and since it was early June that was fine however I wouldn’t want to stay there in hot summer weather

Its 2 minutes across the street from the main station. And 10 minutes walk to Marienplatz . Many shops near aswell .

Great. Room, location, luggage storage after checkout, coffee/relaxing area really good facility, few hotels I've experienced have this, fantastic breakfast and breakfast staff. Only downside is a warmer welcome/smile would have been great after a long day's stressful travel (not that the staff would know this!) It was only a perfunctory greeting at 9pm, altho this is the arrival time I gave.

Nice large room by european standards. We stayed in esrly June during cooler weather so not having AC was not a concern. The ceiling fans were just fine.

i understand its an older building but it could have done with a bigger lift or a 2nd lift. Other than that there was no other negative things about the hotel

the hotel is located a few minutes walk from Munchen Hauptbahnhoff. the room was very big and clean. foruntately we had a quiet room also at the rear of the building

The bathroom was a bit outdated. There were no amenities (a kettle, for example).

The location is great, as it is across the street from the railway station. The staff was really nice, the room basic but clean and quiet and I really loved that they give clients a chocolate bar when you leave. A nice touch!

Every was fine

We had decent size room with 3 beds. They offered a breakfast. They were very helpful suggesting what to visit close by. They reserved a taxi for our departure the following morning and the taxi was on time. They offer a lovely breakfast, very nice staff

Position a lot off homeless around area

Position close to Old Town and easy to access.

Location is good, because it's close to the city centre. But neighboring streets are very dirty and full of suspicious people. Breakfast was ok. Room was big and clean. Generally it's ok for value/money.

Our original room had a very bad odor and the carpet was wet (room 516). It was uninhabitable and the manager was apologetic and changed our room.

Location was superb. Room was huge. Everything in the room functioned well. Breakfast was the best, food was fresh and very delicious, with lots of variety to choose from. Everyone in my family was so happy with every aspect of the stay. Highly recommended this place to anyone coming to Munich. The lady at the breakfast was so pleasant, we could feel happiness from the way she worked.

Centrally located, 5-10 min walk to main attractions and amazing beer gardens. Staff is helpful and warm. Italian restaurant run by the hotel offers amazing food. Warm and comfortable ambience!

The hotel is directly opposite the railway station. The centre of Munich Marienplatz, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Room was spotless. Staff were very helpful.
