Although we requested a room overlooking the backyard garden, we were given one facing the road. Unfortunately, the noise from the road and nearby restaurants was quite loud.

The staff was extremely attentive and gracious when we requested an iron, an electric kettle, and a few cups.

We were never told how to enter back into where the room was. We notified the Receptionist the day we arrived that we were attending the Adele Concert in Messe Munchen. The lady at the front desk, did direct us on how to get to the hotel, However, as she knew we were attending the concert to see Adele in Messe Munchen, we assumed that she would be aware that we would be returning back to the hotel on the same night . However the Receptionist, failed to tell us how to properly access our room after hours. We as a guest (Couple), could access the main door of the Building however we could not access our room where we were sleeping. There was a telephone number (Local / German telephone number on the glass window of the Reception Door, which i could call and identify who I was. However the male that spoke at the other end of the telephone, identified himself to me as the Hotel owner. What made it more difficult was that I could not speak German and he could not understand my English very well, which was unfortunate but can easily happen. We were left waiting for over 1 Hour before we could access our room again as eventually, the male on the other end of the telephone did finally inform us that there was an Access Laneway on the side of the Building block, where we could access our room. We got into the room over 1 Hour Later. My point here is that this could have been clearly explained or demonstrated or shown / illustrated to us, earlier in the day of the 9th of August, and the staff failed to do so. It was myself and my partner's first ever visit to Munich or Germany even, so our Language Barriers were clear for all to see. The staff did offer us a free breakfast the next morning, which was nice. However, this could so simply been avoided, this unfortunate situation of us not been able to access the room. This i believe was down to Poor Communication and Mis Information on behalf of your Hotel Staff, which could so clearly been avoided. Anthony

There is no kettle in the room, enquired at reception only to be told only the bigger môre expensive rooms are equipt with kettles.

It was really good! Our check in was very easy and the staff were friendly. The room was also welcoming and much larger than I originally expected. Really enjoyed our stay here and only a 5 minute walk from underground station.

The room we were given was by the main street and we were struggling to sleep at night because of sound pollution.

but there is a restaurant in EG, I live in 1 floor, every night I was disrupted by the noise which made by the guest, when they finish eating, they will chat at the door outside the restaurant, they don't know how noisy they are.

I could hear the television from the neighbouring room. No decaffeinated coffee was offered.

For breakfast a hugh variaty of food was offered. The room was not too small. The hotel has an underground carpark, which is quite narrow but okay. Next to the hotel there is a nice Bavarian restaurant.

This hotel just a little out of town, southwest side, was perfect for a lower price than in Munich proper. It was a quiet neighborhood with several little shops/a drugstore, etc., nearby. The walk to the Metro, U6 at Grosshadern was a block away and it was a direct ride into the Marien Platz ... maybe 7 stops but no transfer. Next door to the hotel is a fabulous German restaurant that offers garden seating (it was a little too chilly for us in early October), but inside, it was always warm and friendly. We ate dinner there twice and the food was really good and didn't break the pocketbook. Clean, German ambiance but no white tablecloths ... locals eat there. Recommend this restaurant. Overall, the hotel was fabulous with a friendly staff who were able to answer our questions. We paid for the breakfast to save time and the choices were varied and complete with continental type foods but also hot foods were available. There weren't too many tables for breakfast, but we managed. I would definitely stay here again to avoid the noise and crowds of Old Town.

There is no double bed in any of the studio rooms. They didn’t clean the floor of the room, I had to ask the cleaner to vacuum when I spilled some sugar. The floors were not carpeted so my feet and socks were mostly dirty. They didn’t wipe tables or the kitchen through out my 5days stay. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms , you had to go to reception downstairs which close after 8pm.

It was near to the exam centre. The studio room was big, and had 2 fans and all kitchen requirements. The bed sheets were clean along with the bathroom. The breakfast was variable options. Staff are very nice in general.
