Location was brilliant! Apartment was very spacious and well-maintained. Also incredibly clean. We opted for the breakfast which was comparable to a hotel buffet breakfast. We will definately stay here again.

It seemed the apartment hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived so had a musty smell and lots of spiders everywhere in the room (including the couch).

Be prepared to haul your luggage up a spiral staircase. We would have liked some help with that. Check-in was strictly between 2-4 and we never saw another employee after that. We had several questions at other times but there was no one to ask. There are not many places to eat at night so we decided to eat in. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped and could use some more pans and cooking utensils. We think 45 euros for 3 breakfasts is too much, so we didn't have that and again our minimum kitchen was hard to prepare anything.

Beautiful town and location on the river. We loved the little picnic area by the river and on the balcony. Our room was on the top floor so it also had a pretty view.

It is an old apartment building so sound proofing is not so great. The wooden floor in the apartment is very squeaky.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and beautiful. The patio is right next to the creek. We enjoyed the nice view. Great location. The host is very friendly and responsive. I think because we travel with a baby, we were given the room on the ground floor, which is very convenient for us.

Lovely location, easy walking distance from centre of Monschau and good size parking, 5 Euros for a motorbike. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Had to ring someone to get the key but not a problem and they came really quickly. Nice size apartment with good facilities in the apartment kitchen if you were to bring your own food (we could not see any grocery stores in Monschau itself).

The bathroom door was a sliding door made out of planks with one-centimeter gaps in between(?) so you could look right through it. We had to cover the inside with a towel to get some privacy. The appartment building was situated in the city center next to a small road and we were staying in an appartment on the top floor where the slanted roof was also the wall. This seemed not much (sound)insulated. Even though there was not much traffic, we all (5 persons in three different bedrooms) were waken up at night, early morning, every time a car drove by. A pitty for such a nice looking appartment.

Excellent location with private parking. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Ideal for travelling with a group.

The heating is noisy, water flow noise when turn on the heating in bedroom. Other rooms are fine.

The apartment is large and clean. All needed things are provided. Staff is helpful. Location is good.

Nothing I didn't like.

We had a misunderstanding on our booking which was resolved in a very client friendly way by the owner. Location we stayed at was at the border of the town centre on the banks of the river Rur which was our view from both the livingroom and bedroom.

These are great apartments in the city center with a river view (the sound of the river does not stop you from falling asleep, but on the contrary, helps you do it quickly and cozy:) Very comfortable accommodation with all the amenities and hospitality!

The apartment is huge and clean. It has a proper kitchen that you could cook simple meals in and a very comfortable living and dining area. We got there a bit late and the person who greeted us came to the office quickly and was very friendly. There is also parking which is a necessity for the area as it’s a few steps to the old town where cars can’t really go.

A minor annoyance, but the wooden floors squeaked

Within walking distance of the city center. Nice and quiet location; Close to the national park trails, so we took walk every morning. The apartment was big, had kitchen with all the utensils.

Since it’s an old building it needs a voice isolation and beds could be more comfortable

Location was amazing, it’s in the hearth of Monschau. We visited the property as a big family 5 adult one child and the apartment size was very suitable for all of us. Very clean

Good location and very nice parking place for car. Very nice apartment with nice view and great kitchen & living room. Lovely terace for all quests and river is near, good breakfast too. Pet friendly place, big plus for that.
