There was a very annoying noise in the room coming from the door/entry side. The noise was on a high frequency, intermittent, and therefore hard to detect.

We've had a comfortable stay. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the shower was nice. Needed amenities were given and it was only a 5-minute walk to the nearest TRAM station.

The beds & pillows were too soft for us. We could not connect to the wifi - we contacted them twice about this & although they were very polite this unfortunately did not resolve during our stay

Very good value for money, clean, quiet & in a good location near shops & trams etc . We stayed in a studio & although small it had everything we needed for our stay. The phone key & remote check in were easy to manage & the instructions were clear & easy to follow

Couldn't check in until 4 and there was nowhere for all the waiting people to sit. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress is literally only 3 inches thick and is constantly sliding off the foundation. The neighborhood is not unsafe but is devoid of character. No cafes and only one decent restaurant.

Apartment fairly close to the train station for day trips. I had problems with my A/C two days in a row. I sent a message explaining the problem and received a prompt response. Maintenance arrived fairly quickly and resolved the issues. He worked quickly and competently. Unfortunately, there was a language issue. He only spoke Romanian.

Completely unavailable wi fi. We noticed that the main entrance door was often open and raised the impression that locals were hanging out on the couch in the lobby with their smartphones.

If there is one (and only one) thing that gave us a little bit of trouble that was the key less access to all facilities and doors. The hotel sends an access email via you will open a browser page. Through this app you will be opening and unlocking all doors of the hotel that you have access to. This was a bit too difficult for us as we had problems with our roaming services (coming from another country) and frequent loss of antenna signal. Although the hotel has a very helpful emergency phone number, i just wish there was a human representative on the spot to just answer questions and help with whatever came up.

This amazing small apartment is located only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town of the city. Very modern in design yet very cosy and warm, fully equipped with all the appliances one may need for a comfortable stay. An amazing kitchen and a very clean bathroom, a very comfy bed and sofa and a spectacular view to the streets below. i doubt we could have asked for anything better for our stay in Nurnberg. Tram and bus stops are less than 100 metres away going in all sorts of directions, taxi costs 20-30€ to and from the airport. Bakeries and restaurants around make sure one will always find something to eat in the day and in the night. Many supermarkets around, too. The facility also has a very well taken care of gym facility! We are definitely staying there again! Thank you very much !

The location was too far from the station and city centre. It is NOT in the city centre as advertised. Also the area it’s located in seems pretty dodgy. Would not stay as a solo traveller. Also, be warned: there is NO air conditioning. In this heatwave, it was unbearable.

The check-in procedure using my phone was rather strange and complex but I figured it out OK. The use of my phone to open the doors was strange but it worked ok except that once it took about 10 seconds to open the apartment. I had some difficulty figuring out how to operate the stove - it has no physical knobs, you have to touch the non-raised buttons just right. But the staff responded to my message - I was able to cook some lentils on my 2nd and 3rd evenings.

I spent 3 nights in room 013 on the ground floor. I am a man solo-traveler. The apartment is in a decent neighborhood close enough to the Hauptbahnhof/ main train station. The curtains blocked out most of the sunlight. The place was clean and modern-looking.

I asked for a quiet room and has got a room facing the street and not facing back yard, the quiet side of the building. In addition, the telephone support was a little bit misleading and could provide clear explanations in English

The online support was excellent. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The appartment had everything for comfortable staying. WiFi signal is good and reliable. The location is near transport connections and the hotel is near shops/supermarkets

The parking and the fee, which goes against booking.com policy.

Excellent rooms, well looked after. Good sized apartment and a decent kitchen too. WiFi was decent. Parking is insane, so be mindful. The tightest entrance and spaces I've seen in my life! So perhaps park elsewhere. There's also a fee you pay for it outside of booking.com as 'friends', which shows incredibly poor company practices.
