The gentleman at checking was very helpful and really nice. However, this hotel is just to stay if you're tired and need a place to spend the night.

The nature of the building with tiled floor is that there are quite a lot of echoes, so can be noise from people opening and closing doors. I used ear plugs and was fine.

Lovely trees in front of area. Warm welcome and helpful manager. Easy place to settle. Breakfast had good variety of options and was plentiful. WiFi was fine. A nice faded grandeur feeling which I liked. Onsite italian restaurant was good and there is a nice Greek restaurant in walking distance.

The rooms and hotel is quite used and "oldish". One night I retuned to hotel late and the front door was closed, the emergency number not responding (stated as 24/7 emergency number). Luckily I found the back door of the hotel that was open - staff could have just give a prior notice, that this could happen and they close front door overnight.

The breakfast was nice. I arrived early and was able to check in early.

Property was old could do with a refurbish to update. Like going back to the 1970’s especially the flowery decor. Still uses keys instead of key cards.

It’s an old property with underground parking €7/night. Was clean & was a good place to stop for the night with my family. Reasonable price for 2 rooms. Italian restaurant next door attached to hotel.

The furniture in the room. The wc in my room did not work. I did not like that they do not have reception 24h. The restaurant was to small.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is very nice located and in a quiet area. I liked the breakfast. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, but the closet door did not close. We also had a problem with the WC, it was not working.

Personally I think the hotel has a very Rococo decoration but I believe this is what they intended to make it look like. The room was quite clean, but I did find some hairs on the bedding and one of the pillows seemed to have a small red stain... Also, as other reviewers mention, the balcony is connected to that of other rooms with nothing to separate them... But during my experience this was not a problem.

The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious food at a fair price; Italian owners with original Italian food. Really tasty! In the hotel there is free wifi. Despite being in a quiet location (20-minute walk from Pasing station), it felt quite safe. There are two bus stops on each side of the hotel, within 1 minute walking distance.

It wasn't clean. The warderobe was not clean and in there was Dust. The walls were not clean. I also found Spider webs and a big Dustspider in the room.

Breakfast was not up to the mark as there is a room to improve in terms of item selection. The hotel is too far from the airport. It's difficult for a newcomer to reach to the hotel. Booking.com should allow the hotel authority to explain how the guests can travel from airport to the hotel in details like, which train to take, which station to get off and which bus number goes to the hotel from the station. It's a request to Booking.com to not only look at their business but at the same time, look at the convenience of the tourists. Once these information are in hotel description, it becomes very easy and worry-free to travel to the hotel.

Almost everything was very nice, nothing to complain much. Especially I must appreciate the professionalism of the man in the reception (he is from Croatia, as I remember), very very friendly and helpful.

The sink in the toilet room leaked. The elevator was turned off at night so when we had to leave for the airport at 5 am, we had to carry the luggage down 4 flights of stairs. The parking garage was not easy to use. The windows had no way to black out the light so the room was quite bright by 5 am (summer visit).

The desk manager was very responsive. The room was clean and cheerful.

My room did not have a room heater. It was bit cold during the night. However it was manageable.

I stayed two nights in this hotel during my short visit to Munich. Hotel check-in really smooth with less documentation. Room facilities was very good than I expected. Had a balcony as well. Located in a very convenient easy to find place. Even it is little away from MünchenHbf S bhan and a Bus service is available frequently to bring you to the city. Breakfast is available and the buffet was very good and worth for the price I paid. Breakfast had multiple food items, hot and cold beverages etc. Hotel owner is very friendly and supportive. Highly Recommend.
