Our arrival was met with an extremely helpful man. He was attentive and answered all our questions and assisted with where to go in Cologne. Our room was very clean and more than big enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was E14pp, and was fresh.

This hotel was really near the railway station, which was great for us. The room was clean, and there was a bottle of water provided. The keybox entry was easy to operate.

i only had breakfast twice because it was not good value. The television had just one Foreign channel in English: BBC News 24, a little bit complicated to set up.

Excellente location because close to historical and commercial part of town, just by crossing the railway station. The room was quiet, basic but all right.

Carpet stain. Nail as door stopper middle of Bathroom (could step on it). Cleaner came in while getting changed despite check out at 11 and was only 9:30 am!! And even had door double locked. Wasnt impressed.

Great location for the main rail station as I had an early departure to get to the airport. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

The shower had a drainage problem that limited the time before it overflowed. the hotel has no staff in the evening so there is a key entry to the hotel. It is very close to the main station and like any European train station location, not the best neighbourhood ambience. But nothing too out of the ordinary.

This is a good option if you need a convenient location but don't care about hotel amenities. Very good value for a place to rest your head. Wifi works fine. Nothing fancy but a functional solution if you're on a budget. The Italian woman at reception was super friendly, professional and pleasant.

At some point the carpet should go. Additionally, there was some street noise, but nothing major (at least for us).

Very good location - short walk to the train and the two bigger Christmas markets, so worked perfectly for us. The room was also large and spacious, and quite clean when we arrived.

For such a great deal and location at Christmas time - I cannot complain. It was perfectly utilitarian.

Good solid hotel with excellent location at the backside of the train station, and minutes from everything. We had room 502 which was big and had a huge balcony. Comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and good towels, sheets and bedding, so we slept great. No noise, and a bottle of sparkling water was complimentary in the room which was just what we needed when we entered. Good stay and happy with our choice for one night, weekend trip to see the beautiful city.

It’s situated in a super location. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof and accessible quite easily. The receptionists were very civil and nice.

Front door lock very difficult to use. Breakfast too costly for small variety on buffet. No kettle in room to make tea/coffee.
