Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is really conveniant, 24/7 store is right next door, bars, metro and tram station are really close. No hidden fees, staff is really helpful, and the on site storage lockers are also very useful.

Great localization, clean room and friendly and helpful stuff. Spacious bed and a shower. Room for storage under the bed. You can leave your luggage in the locker (5 EUR per day). Towels included.

SwedenThe room I had was pretty compact with limited space for storage and might have been a bit too small for two people. I travelled alone though and for one person it was perfect. Great location (walking distance to e g Berliner Dom and Alexanderplatz but also right next to subway and tram stations) and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was excellent! Nice restaurants, bars and cafés close by + convenience store next door. The metro station and tram stops are just 100 meters away. The hotel was quiet and staff super friendly.

CanadaIt was VERY small and confined so I wouldn’t recommend if you want to be comfortable at a hotel. It’s an AMAZING budget hotel and we were only there one night so it wasn’t a problem.
Awesome location and amazing staff greeted us at the property!! Very close to the metro as well as a lot of beautiful cafes and restaurants. I liked especially how they offered a luggage locker throughout the day so we could explore and still have a full day in the city despite having check out in the morning!

SwedenThe room keys are very old and get de-magnetized constantly. I had to go to the front desk at least twice to have them re-do my cards. The staff admitted that the cards are old and lose their settings easily (I didn't put them in my wallet!). Please, just buy some new cards for the rooms, this is an easy fix!
I've stayed at this hotel many times while traveling here for work, and it's one of my favorite places in Berlin. It's basically a tiny room with a large bed and a bathroom -- extremely minimalist, but has everything you need. The room is only slightly larger than the bed, but at least the bed is big and comfortable. If you are looking for something affordable and plan on spending more time out in the city than in your room, it's the perfect hotel. Also, it's in a great location in central Berlin that is easily reachable by both tram/u-bahn.
