No air conditioner, no air flow unless you propped the room door open with a chair and had the window wide open, the room was so small there was no room to open your luggage except on your bed, and so small you couldn't even walk around at the same time, the wall next to the bed was so dirty with scuff marks, should be repainted or at least try to clean. The floor was rather dirty when we arrived. The room window opens up to the noisy city below and it it's very loud until around 3 or 4am.

The entry way and dining room is nice. The staff were nice.

Depends on the room you have but you can hear the noise from the street which can be annoying at night. The bathroom could be a bit more clean.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the center and to the train station. The rooms are comfortable.

One of the towels in the bathroom was already used and dirty. They just folded it up and let us use it.

First room was dusty and the shower drain did not work at all, second had not been cleaned at all (wet towels etc) and third the shower drain was very slow, bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and some of the light switches didn't work. But by then we were exhausted and couldn't face changing rooms for a third time in 15 mins so put up with it for one night.

Stayed 5 nights, asked for more toiletpaper/towels on the morning of the 3rd day and did not receive any till the evening of the 4th day. Otherwise great stay. Construction beginning outside of window early hours of the morning made it difficult to sleep.

I guess the hotel is exactly what you pay for. Pictures of the room (especially 1 person room) are made with the widest lens possible. Just enough room to move around. Room was a bit dirty with hairs in the bed.

The location was great. Nice in the city center and the room was somewhat quiet. You do hear the blowdryer from the other room though.

I was there during a time of a heatwave and the room had no AC, so it was a bit hard to sleep, but that is understandable. There was some forgotten dust at the top shelf which made my clothes dusty.

Room was nice, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful (Lack of wifi in the lobby? Let us turn some hotspot on for you. You want just a cup of tea? Free of charge, help yourself.). Good central location near train and bus central stations.

It is a busy area, so there is noise from the street with trams running late and people outside.

Central location good for exploring Munich old town and getting trains and trams. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Staff helpful in moving us to a different room due to broken window.

Two things: - lack of air conditioning which was kinda painful when there is 34 degrees outside - the double bed consists of two mattresses which were not tight together in any way. I was there alone so it wasn't a problem, but if my girlfriend was there i would have problem with receding mattresses :)

No air con - apparently that was stated in Booking.com? Luckily had windows to open, but that meant lots of noise from neighbouring building site. TV didn’t work even after I asked twice at reception. Lots of little things e.g. hole in the ceiling with wires poking out, dirty towel one day etc.

Great location near both main train station and town. Typical budget hotel - had what was needed but no frills. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Good wifi. Yes reception being renovated but not an issue at all.

there wasn’t parking available at the property, you had to walk quit a bit with your luggage and it cost about 30eur per day. they told us there were another place that was cheaper but they couldn’t tell us exactly where.

My window would not close, but thanks to the thick curtains - it had not bothered me that much. The room was also not soundproof, I can hear when someone arrives from the hallway late at night already or when the room next door to me was using the television. It was also under repair at the moment, so the entrance doesn't looked like a hotel when I arrived. The stairs are also scary, I always think that it would give up anytime soon. 😅 But no worries, they also have a small lift though. It would also be better if there's an electric water boiler in the room. Sometimes a coffee/tea in the middle of the night just calms everything.

I like that it was really very near the train station. Just few walks and then tadaa - 😄. The room was small, but it was fine with me as I am a solo traveller and was just staying mostly in the night. Staffs were also very nice. They also offered breakfast for just €8,90. I liked it as I hate looking for shops early in the morning and having a hard time to decide where to eat. But if you prefer to eat outside, it won't be a problem as there are lot of coffee shops and resto nearby. For groceries, REWE is also super close.
