We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe location is quite horrible. The hotel is located on the upper floor of a very busy shopping centre. You have to park your car in the shopping centre garage then take an elevator down to the mall, walk with your luggage through the crowd to the other side of the building to take a special elevator to the hotel.
Room was clean and furnished quite well. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty good.

New ZealandThe way to get into the hotel is confusing. Also at the rooftop bar we didn’t get good service and were mostly ignored. The room itself was oké though for our 1 night stay.
The hotel is in a good location but getting into it is awkward and confusing as you have to park in the carpark on a certain level ( which we found from friends) and then have to walk through a shopping mall to get into the hotel.

United StatesRestaurant food was poor. I ordered a chicken dish which was not edible. Also, hot water in the shower was hard to control. It became scolding hot. Elevator was out 4 time during my stay. Last day was stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. Another guest pryed open the door. Hotel staff did not hear the alarm or maybe choose to ignore.

We got a super big room, even with a separate bedroom for one. This is way better then the usual 16m2 with sleeping couch!! Tram to city center is just adorned the corner and the area has some restaurants.

SwitzerlandOnly negative point: It is very hard to get to the hotel. Despite the instructions sent privately, I struggled a bit to find the hotel, because it is located in a shopping mall and you need to go to one elevator there to go to the actual hotel. I guess if you are not Swiss or German, it will be very hard for you to get to the hotel even with the instructions.
Spacious and clean rooms for the price. I was looking for something handy in the area of the Vitra museum; this hotel really fits the purpose of a short stay.
