We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaHotel is perfect for wellness couple weekend - wellness area great and cozy. Area around hotel so nice, calm and relaxing. Food was so delicious. We had breakfast and dinner option included and it was definitely worthy.

GermanyThe only sad thing for us was the direct way to thermal bad: From the hotel, it's easy to get there. But unfortunately, we could not see any sign when we wanted to go back to the hotel and found ourselves somewhere else. Additional signs for the firstcomers could be added for parking and therme. Although on booking.com it's written that the thermal bath price is included, we had to pay for each day we stayed. Also, when we wanted to take away our bretzel from the breakfast, we got a possible extra payment possibility information for the packaging. Which was quite interesting.
The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great! The area was designed for thermal baths and there are options for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and even concerts. The lobby of the hotel was cozy and comfortable. I liked the soft music playlist.

Czech RepublicEverything was OK. Staff should provide the same information. At times there was a discrepancy in their communication. We had a small trouble with a check-in also. We have waited an unreasonable amount of time (45 min). This is a message for a guy from the reception who told us that we should periodically ask. No, our room had to be ready in the right check-in time! Remember for next time. We are not required to ask.
Very good and calm locality. I would recommend it to seniors and to families with small children. Very good environment with the option for visiting thermal spa.

United StatesThe room was a little tight and the sound insulation could have been better, we heard the neighbors well enough to be grateful for our heavy-duty earplugs. And the subterranean parking garage is tight enough to be a bit of a challenge to Americans used to a lot more space!
We really didn't make the best use of Hotel Drei Quellen (the Three Springs Hotel), as we didn't get a chance to use the mineral springs pools or other spa facilities. We were there to visit dear friends and spent most of our time with them. The room was smallish but very pleasant (German country decor), with a balcony. We did get in a great hike, leaving from the hotel and eventually returning to it by a well-marked trail. The breakfast buffet was first-class, with several different stations you could visit and a very fancy coffee machine with lots of options.

The pool and garden is really very nice. The room we’ve had booked was very small and the bathroom size unacceptable. Besides this the suit our daughter was in was really nice. Would go there again but book another more comfortable room for us. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.
