Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Berlin near the iconic Kurfürstendamm, which made exploring the city’s top attractions incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away, I found myself surrounded by amazing shopping, dining, and cultural spots like the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Berlin Zoo. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and efficiency. The signature DoubleTree COOKIE was a nice touch and a small gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep after days spent exploring the city. The room amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like a coffee maker, and water, added to the convenience and comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, particularly the well-equipped fitness center that allowed me to keep up with my workouts. Although I didn’t have a chance to attend meetings, I noticed that their meeting spaces seemed professional and accommodating – ideal for business travelers. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The food was fresh and well-prepared, giving me the energy I needed each morning to head out and enjoy Berlin. Overall, my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm was exceptional. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We spent four nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku'damm and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, with rooms that are spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely designed. We also liked the location—it’s not right in the heart of the tourist spots, but we preferred this as it’s in a charming neighborhood with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. Plus, it’s just a short bus or metro ride away from the main attractions. Breakfast was good, offering a pleasant start to the day.
