Nothing was there, to not be liked!!!!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Berlin near the iconic Kurfürstendamm, which made exploring the city’s top attractions incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away, I found myself surrounded by amazing shopping, dining, and cultural spots like the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Berlin Zoo. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and efficiency. The signature DoubleTree COOKIE was a nice touch and a small gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep after days spent exploring the city. The room amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like a coffee maker, and water, added to the convenience and comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, particularly the well-equipped fitness center that allowed me to keep up with my workouts. Although I didn’t have a chance to attend meetings, I noticed that their meeting spaces seemed professional and accommodating – ideal for business travelers. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The food was fresh and well-prepared, giving me the energy I needed each morning to head out and enjoy Berlin. Overall, my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm was exceptional. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The confusion about the reservation cost blocked on the credit card. It was resolved, but could have done better.

The location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and in order. The personnels are kind and helpful. The breakfast was great but exactly the same everyday. Overall our stay was great.

Didn’t include breakfast in my booking but decided to try it one of the mornings. Paid €35 per person and wasn’t impressed with the options available and didn’t think it matched the price.

While the staff was efficient, they came across as a bit stuffy—not as warm and welcoming as I had hoped, though not rude either; perhaps it's just a cultural difference. Additionally, while breakfast was tasty, it could benefit from a bit more variety from day to day.

We spent four nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku'damm and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, with rooms that are spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely designed. We also liked the location—it’s not right in the heart of the tourist spots, but we preferred this as it’s in a charming neighborhood with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. Plus, it’s just a short bus or metro ride away from the main attractions. Breakfast was good, offering a pleasant start to the day.

Everything was great but just the third persons mattress was not comfortable as it was split in the middle Nd i had thought it was a proper bed for three people in the room according to the information given while searching

Most staff at front desk kind, helpful and efficient. Some new russian employees have bad English and comunication skillls, are rigid and rude. Bad service that is not in lhe standard of most of sraff.
