We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery little clothes storage space, especially considering the size of the room. A chest of drawers and drawers in the bedside cabinet were expected. Awkward use of kettle and no automatic turn off.
The choice for breakfast was very good abd the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal!

Really Lovely & Modern Hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & quite spacious. Very close to the City highlights like the Cathedral & Rhine. Great view of the Cathedral coming up or down in the lifts. To top it all there is a Hard Rock Cafe just around the corner which is absolutely superb. Good Starbucks opposite too. Overall I would rate this hotel highly.

NetherlandsThe pillows were very thin. And by one of the beds there was a switch for a lit up glass cabinet but no place to charge a phone. Which led it to being quite a hassle to keep all devices charged.
Location is at a walking distance from most sights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the view was beautiful. I appreciate the check out being at noon, allowing enough time to pack and leave.

United KingdomBedroom pillows empty of any filling? Awfully couldn't sleep, this was rectified with two extra neck pillows provided for us. And the only English television channels we could find where news channels for 5 days?
Very clean and close to shops and Dome. Nothing was to much trouble, staff in all areas very intensive and helpfull.

UkraineMinor drawbacks - The cup in the room was scratched, it’s better to change it. Also the electric kettle didn’t turn off automatically and I had to watch it every time I wanted to drink a cup of tea. You can hear the sound of TV in the bathroom, there is a dynamic in it, and I didn’t find how to turn it off.
Exceptionally friendly attitude and stuff! They changed my booking dates free of charge, and called me a taxi to the airport per my request. Breakfasts are very tasty. The windows are noise-proof so it was quiet in the room and I slept well. Location is great - very close to the city center and the Dome.

GermanyJusz ONE Bath Robe in our Suite.No Expresso Capsules for the Expresso Machine. Poor Tea sortiment. The most disappointing of all was the incidentsat the bar. My husband had tried as early as 6.pm to reserve a place for two at the Harry's New York Bar for later that evening ...After several failed attempts, he was informed by one of the Bar personel that, Reserving a place/s at the said bar was no longer allowed/not necessary. We both later went to the Bar at about 21.40.pm only to find to our shocked amazement that,place reservation cards(2) had been placed on the last segment of the bar!. My furious husband then tried to find out from.the Tattooed Bartender why places were still being reserved although he (my husband), had earlier been told the.contrary?....Her response was very unprofessional to say the very least.... As if that was not bad enough, the Bartender insisted we settled our Tabs immidiately although we had informed her we were staying guests and had exptessed the wish to have everything charged to our room 502......again, NO CHANCE. We made the best of an evenning that had started badly....needless to say but,we wont be coming back to Harry's New York Bar in a hurry.
Very friendly Concierge.Fantastic location.Proximity to the old part of the city with it's tons of Tourists attractions. Another plus is also the large number of shopping malls in the vicinity.of the Hotel.

NetherlandsThe temperature in the bedroom is too high - we tried to lower it and even in the minimum it was difficult to sleep.
The bedroom was really big - our son could stay with us and there was still a lot of space. It is also a ver dog friendly hotel, which is something very important to us. The breakfast was great - several different options, even for vegans and people with allergies. The staff was great. The location is also a plus, you can walk everywhere!

IrelandThere is no free parking for guests at the hotel and they charge €30 for 24 hours, but there is a cheaper parking option next to it. Room cleaning was below standard we had to ask a couple of times to get this done.
The hotel is in a convenient location where everything is in a walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
