En suite was small - it was big enough for us and spotlessly clean, but a tall person might struggle with knee-room on the throne!

Very welcoming, room was lovely and clean. Breakfast outstanding - so much variety and all beautifully presented and delicious. Very convenient for the railway station and a short walk to the cathedral and old town. Happy to store our luggage after check out until later in the day. Great place.

Smallest room in the world. No room at all to work or indeed to do anything other than lie on the bed. However as I was staying for work and leaving at 6.30 am it was no issue. But if I was planning to stay and work it could have been an issue. However just outside my room was a really nice lounge space where i could have sat and worked happily.

Very very good for business visitors arriving by train. within a couple of minutes walk of the main station. I was moved tot he associated hotel Domstern just a few meters down the road, to the worlds smallest room... but that was because I had to extend my stay at the last minute and that was the only place they could fit me in for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast area was really nice with a nice breakfast.

The only real disadvantage was that the room was not sound-proof from the inside. You don't hear anything from the street (good sound-proof windows) but you hear the squeaking floor in the room next to yours when somebody walks. Also, the rooms are rather small (but of course you see it in the description, so no surprises here). Another thing that was not a problem for me but could be a problem for somebody else is that 5th floor rooms are not accessible by lift. You take the lift till floor 4 and then climb rather steep stairs. Again, not a problem, unless you have reduced mobility (so check it in advance). The value for money is not fantastic, but this is a general problem of German hotels, they are always quite expensive.

The hotel is literally 3 minutes away from the main train station, which makes it very convenient, but also the neighbourhood is a typical train station neighbourhood. It's also very close to the cathedral, to the Rhine and to some museums. The stuff is very polite and friendly, even classy in a way, which was very nice. The room was very stylish, unconventionally decorated (even with wallpaper). It's very clean and cosy. The breakfast is really good, there's even an omelette menu from which you can order. All in all, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Very narrow space between bed and wall.. Couldn't keep the water in the shower leaked on floor. Lighting could be better in the room and not all the lights worked.

The location excellent. The best breakfast in our 8 weeks of travel. Had Kleenex yeah staff were great. They all work hard. Good service. Friendly . They let us change rooms as we felt the bed was uncomfortable and they did this quickly. It had an elevator.

It was very noisy during the night with open windows ( there was no air conditioner in the room) you can hear all arriving and departing trains. And water pressure was not always hard.

Nice location close to train station, which is perfect for those who travel by train.

The room was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to get an early breakfast so that we could get our train. Superb breakfast - everything you could think of. And more!

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, quiet room.conveniently near the station, restaurants close by for evening meal . A lift up to the third floor. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends.

the only bad one is I found a bed bug in the bed. from that day, i dont have a good sleep. OMG

good location! it's only 3 mins waking to train station. breakfast is best, the employer are really nice.
