We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had a negative interaction with reception. I felt like the check-in process was overly long and complicated. I had entered my information into the system and they were asking for it again. Then confusion about paying for breakfast and she was acting mad at me and telling me not to stress out. Then when I got to the room the cleaning lady was there and I had to wait for 15 minutes to enter the room.
It is very close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral. The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable.

United KingdomOur room was to the front of the hotel upstairs & due to the heat kept a window open at night so from time to time was quite noisy. Apart from that no other comments to make.
The hotel was in close proximity to the main train Station in Cologne & central for shops,bars, restaurants. The staff were welcoming & our room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was also provided which was lovely & it was great to have the personal touch taking order for tea/ coffee & egg dishes in the breakfast room…..appreciated.

AustraliaAs previous reviews have stated, the location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is fantastic. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. I'm happy to say that there was a washing machine in the apartment which is great for those on long trips as we were ... and the shower was great. The apartment suited us just fine for the two nights that we spent in Cologne. By the way, if you happen to be in Cologne for a few days then I'd recommend a day trip (including by train) to Aachen which, for hundreds of years, was the imperial capital of the Holy Roman Empire (and, for a time, was ruled by Charlemagne). Check out the Cathedral there with its gorgeous Palatine Chapel.

Very good location close to the station. Good welcome and very pleasant staff. Comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was really excellent, such a range on offer and all explained! Only there for one night, but a very enjoyable stay.

VietnamOf course, it was the European Championship at the time we were visiting, but doubling the price was a bit much. I think I missed a kettle to boil water. A pity they do not offer dinner.
The breakfast was amazing. They really made it an experience with references.to the pasta of attention and thoughts went into that. I did not like the shifts for breakfast, but understand why they did ít. The location is close to the centre with all sights and close to the station. The room is not very large, but ok, the shower is a bit small, but ok too. The staff was friendly.
