No drinking water bottles at room. A foul smell was coming continuously from the bathroom and even though I didn't take the breakfast, the price of 16 euro per person was extremely high for a very basic breakfast that the hotel offers.

Room rent was extremely good. Rooms are not too small with air condition, standing fan / ventilator, tea/ coffee maker and also a small fridge.

The Pillows very small and only one per bed. Need bigger and better Pillows. The TV's are from the 2000's very old and not usable, it takes the shine away from a very nice hotel. Not close to Bus or Train stations.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff is friendly. The Hotel is clean and nice looking.

Tv is too small and isn’t working properly. The picture is flattering. Bathroom was really dirty. The toilet seat is almost yellow. Also flush was not clean. There was also a kind of smell in the bathroom. One of the towels was dirty with spots.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Check-In was quick. Price is top.

When they ask E16 Euro for a really small glass of whisky I was thinking we are in Monaco. But no...still Rüsselsheim. Of course after the ladies was checking again -I do not know what, but they were check something- the price was falling down to10 Euro. So for every one who goes there a little piece of advice-ask before buy.

10€ charge to park, hotel offers free parking, neglecting to mention only 3 spaces 20€ charge for dog, this was not mentioned at time of booking, I would certainly have booked elsewhere if the hotel had been honest up front about it

The Hotel was very clean, rooms were big, also bathrooms and the bed too. Bed very comfortable. The only problem was parking. But one could park in the Garage with little amount of money. The staffs were friendly. There was a problem with breakfast reservations , the Staff helped us quickly and we had the chance to eat our breakfast there. Ich kann nur empfehlen

Rooms were smell of cigarets, staff had to change room for us 3 times so we lost a lot of time. Key was not working in the middle of the night so we couldn’t entrance to the room and for all this time we needs to call somebody for help.

We booked rooms for 2 people through Booking. It was supposed to be a room with 2 beds and we paid for the room as for two people at the reception. When we entered the room, it turned out to be a single room with a bed, a pillow, a towel and a blanket. I went to the reception and said that there was an error with the number. To this they replied: Unfortunately, we can't do anything, because there are no double rooms left. Since my husband and I were very tired from the road and we also understood that changing the hotel at such a late time is unlikely. We had no choice but to suffer all night. The room was terribly hot and there was no air conditioning. And when we opened the window, the hotel guests made noise all night. And the hotel reception did not even try to calm them down. I have never seen worse conditions and worse treatment of customers. It was room 205. I request that you refund part of our money as an overpayment for a double room, as it was actually a single room.

Noise. The hotel was right next to a busy train line, and the regular heavy commercial trains made it impossible to have a good night's rest. The hotel had a smoking area on a balcony right next to our bedroom. At times, when there were 3 or more of them, it felt like they were smoking in our room. The room did not feel fresh and clean.

Underground parking was a bonus.

The staff was very bad , no parking space or you should pay 10 euro for 24 hours. Bad bad bad , the booking too is bad because when I tried to as for help , all the phone numbers in Germany was wrong.
