Access to the 2nd floor where hotel is is confusing and needs key access and correct lift to reach the floor. Internet access was sporadic Coffeemachine temperamental and not working though they told me after you just need to make sure water tank is firmly in place otherwise the machine will not work. Towels very small and better to bring your own.

Location is good for Suelz. Close to metro station. Price reasonable, and have a fridge, toaster oven, and other amenities. Can't check in until after 3pm, but spoke to the lady and she let me leave my luggage there in the morning, and put in my room earlier in the morning for me.

The mattress on the bed was simple. There was a requirement to leave the kitchen clean. Such kind of announcements always make me in doubts: 1) does it mean that cleaning staff do not touch the kitchen at all, and its cleanness depends only on visitors? 2) what if I wash the dishes/cups but not good: will staff check it and clean again, or the next visitor will get this as is? The prices for hotel stays in whole Germany are very high, not only with comparison with Ukraine, but also with comparison, for example, Spain. And these requirements to wash the dishes when you already pay 100 Euro, are somehow look strange. Also, every time you need to go inside the building with the hotel (this is the second floor of huge building) you have to ask the doorman to open the door to the elevator's hall. For some people, this fact can be annoying and make feeling of losing control (what if this man will absent when I will in a hurry... etc).

A little kitchen in the room and especially coffee machine with provided 2 capsules were very good and helpful for me. I have seen there were available more coffee capsules in the corridor, and this is very good for people like me. I could have a little breakfast in the room when all restaurants/bistro around were closed.

Condition of the room in terms of heating and air quality. It was freezing in the night as central heating was shut down in the evening. Do not take corner room full of windows in winter

The bed was saggy in the middle. It was rather noisy outside and the street light could be seen from inside the apartment.

It is easy to access and if you are looking for a place to stay for one night, then this is the place for you.

Struggled abit to find the actual hotel, as getting in was pretty hard since you can't actually access the elevators. So we had to wait for someone to come by. But the stay was really great and the rooms were clean and nice. View was nice as well.

It was very hot in the room as it was the sunny side of the house and no air conditioning. The fan did not help.

Clean room and comfortable bed, there are all the essentials: fridge, dishes, coffee machine..... In the beginning there was a little quest with keys, but with the help of hints we quickly figured out how to get the key card. For 1-2 nights the option is just right.

Some appliances are quite old, especially in the kitchenette. Overheated, especially in summer and nearby traffic makes it hard to keep window open all the time.

The floor was not really clean and there was no cleaning during our stay. The room was quite hot due to having no A/C, but we got a fan, which was positive.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. We got what we paid for; to have a room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Public transportation was easy to reach from the venue. It was easy to check in and out.

Right next to our window were bench with ashtray, and there was no air conditioning in the room. So during the day when temperatures were about 29-30’C, it was really hot in the room and couldn’t open the window due to cigarettes smell.

The room was clean, pretty big. Everything in the room and bathroom works good.

I didnt like the fact that to go to the 2nd floor where this is located, I had to speak to the receptionist to open a safety door for me. During night hours, at some point the receptionist wasnt there and I couldnt enter. Luckily, another resident opened the door for me with his key.

The building itself is a little dated, but once you enter the Sleepy Design foyer it is really well presented.

Good, servicable room with basic facilities, adequate for a short stay. The apartment is right on the Tram line (Line 18), making it very accessible to when arriving by train in the city. There were a number of restaurants within easy walking distance and a supermarket across the road. Automatic checkin in is very easy.
