Only suggestion for improvement is that you make guests aware that the electric hob in the kitchenette will not work unless you use the mechanical timer (which we do appreciate is there for reasons of safety) - maybe a small sign in the kitchenette, or in an information folder for the room? We struggled the first night to prepare a meal! After that, and once we knew, we were fine. Everything else was perfect.

Triple room was very spacious - ideal for my wife and I, and our daughter (she's in her thirties). Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Plenty of refrigerator space, and kitchenette was fine for preparing simple meals during our short (5 night) stay. Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and keen to help with any queries. The hotel is conveniently close to an EDEKA supermarket, with a good bakery adjoining, that met all our self-catering needs.

Two bedrooms, clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby metro station, restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient. Complimentary beers and mineral water are very good.

The stove didn’t work and there was a cross connection between the two tvs and the remote.

Big room, great view, free bottles of beer n some candy, nice kitchenette, and desk to work. I didn’t feel like leaving the room. Breakfast was average- nothing to complain about.

The staff was great! I requested a romantic package to surprise my partner and they delivered wonderfully! Beautiful red roses, a bottle of wine and plenty of sweets! The location is very convenient and just a couple of steps away from a bus and underground station. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

The decor feels a little outdated.

Room was clean and cosy and comfortable. Not the largest, but enough for a quick visit. The welcome drink and coffee are a lovely touch. Location is perfect!

We found it a little bit expensive considering the price did not include breakfast.

It is 10-15 minute walk to the german cathedral and Pergamon museum. Great location with multiple bus and U stations around. Within a 5 minute walk you can find a supermarket, also. Very clean and was never called, though we traveled in February.

Upon booking the room four weeks ahead my stay, I specifically asked for a room on a lower floor, only to be informed at my arrival that NO rooms on the first or second floor were available. The street noise early in the morning at the time of garbage collection can be an issue. I am not sure why a hotel breakfast must cost 19 euros per person.

The hotel is very nice, reasonably priced and close to many central sites in Berlin. The room was clean, nicely decorated and quite spacious with good storage space.

Could hear next door neighbours easily. Dust all over the wardrobe doors. Double Windows don't block traffic sounds so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It depends though where your room is.

Location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Water and beer in the fridge. Close to a supermarket and U bahn. Nespresso machine in the lobby though didn't use it.

The mattress should be changed, it has a bump in the middle. Poor light in the smallest room. The window opened to an air shaft, not a nice view.

Spotlessly clean. Very well located in the city centre. Good value for money. Water, beer, candy and coffee offered for free. Proffesional staff. Nice appartment with 2 rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a common space with a small kitchen.

The housekeeping was very inconsistent. Beds weren’t made every day, there was no cleaning happening really and the coffee/tea/sugar was not or sparsely replenished. Minimal effort.

The location of the property was great. Close to tourist areas as well as the metro. We had a family room (2 separate interconnected rooms) which was great value for money. Staff were friendly.

Dust on the furniture, the second day our rooms were not cleaned, so we had no new towels.

Both rooms where confortabile and equipped with all the necessary stuff of our stay. The position is super, very closed to U-Bahn.
