Bit Overpriced

This Hotel is in a great location with a cozy room and a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly, but the reception isn't always available, which was inconvenient. While the overall experience was pleasant, the price felt a bit high for the service provided.

Arrived on a Monday on the hottest day of the year. Was aware that the restaurant was closed on Mondays but was not prepared for the bar to be closed also, and no availability to purchase drink - how about a drinks vending machine or a bottle of water in the room? No other cafe's in the vicinity open either. Fridge not working in the room and reception closed at 1800hrs. A long hot thirsty night until the superb breakfast in the morning to rehydrate.

Location right on the lakeside for walking and swimming. Ample public parking adjoining the Hotel only cost 4euro from 1600hrs to 1100hrs. Large terrace overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice for breakfast.

Price / Quality ration and the staff was a bit 'stuff'.

The location of the hotel is priceless, breakfast was nice and dinner in the restaurants was 'ok'.

Wi-fi was terrible. Super slow. Room was very warm. Spa was whatever. Also very expensive room service.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming and nice. 10 points for that! Breakfast and dinner also very good! Salmon with risotto was worth it. Last and not least, location was super nice and the view to the lake was beautiful.

I assume the hotel is, like in many other industries, suffering from understaffing. The Monday night we stayed there, there was no staff at all in the hotel. The key could be picked up from a safe outside. So no bar, no restaurant. I understand the problem, but it was unfortunate. The following day the hotel was staffed again, with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is new or recently renovated. Nice interior design in the general areas. The room was great with a well sized bathroom and a great view of the lake.

We had the captain suite, that had two separate mattresses in one bed, and two separate blankets for each one of us that were really small, not wide at all, definitely made for a single bed and not to put two of them on a queen size bed. We asked for a bigger blanket but they told us that they did have big blankets, but they did not have a blanket cover. Therefore we did not sleep very good, as with every turn, half the body was in the cold. The breakfast the first day was not the best (eggs and bacon were cold), but the second day (Saturday) they were fresh. Wifi was not working properly at all, the signal was not good. The hotel has a spa that is said to be for free for guests, however only the sauna was working. The steam bath was not working and you also had to pay for the solarium that they advertise.

The area is great for hiking, very quiet, in the nature. The view is stunning. The hotel is very clean, the bathroom was renovated and big, the room (Captain suite) is spacious and the staff is friendly.

They didn't do massages because of COVID measures. Perfectly understandable of course, but it would have been nice to know on beforehand.

Amazing location with view on the lake. The area is great for hiking. The hotel's restaurant is classy and has great food. We were also lucky: apparently, the yearly migration of a huge flock of cranes regularly stops for the night on the shores of the lake. What a beautiful and rare sight! They can make a lot of noise, but the windows perfectly blocked it all out when they were closed.

Nothing too not like....

Good location over looking the water. Plenty of parking, very modern hotel with very helpful staff. Plenty of walking in the near vicinity, with boat trips also available. Very good breakfast with top rated restaurant also available.

There was no air conditioning, which wasn't a huge deal, but could have been. There's no screen on the balcony door - again no issue, but could be at a different time of year. The towels are threadbare.

Room was clean and perfect for our needs. The balcony provided a lovely view. Next time we would ask for a room with a different view - more of the lake. Everything was great. Breakfast was okay. The grounds and surrounding area are fantastic! We want to come back next year.

Unfortunately, the rooms were mentioned to be equipped with a minibar, which was missing! Or when a refrigerator was brought to keep our early check-out package (thank you and we appreciate it), it didn't work

Lady at the receiption was very nice and accomodating. Gave us lots of information. We were there low season in March so it was really quiet. We had a balcony on which you could sea the lake, which was also visible from the bed. It was gorgeous bc we had great weather too. Breakfast buffett was diverse and tasted great too. We were very happy.
